I'd say it stays icy cold for a couple of hours. It could take up to ten minutes. After that, it's still cold and effective; I usually roll it under both feet for at least 15 minutes, and it works perfectly. It's the most effective treatment for my plantar fasciitis that I've ever tried.

This item isn't very good. It's fantastic. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and am sick of taking medications and getting shots. I'm 64 years old, and I'm suffering from pain that limits my activities. That's all I have to say about it. Glass of water no way. This stays cold for a long time, even if you think it won't because your foot has grown accustomed to it. This is fantastic, and it freezes quickly without making a mess. I may buy another just to be able to do both feet at the same time; I should have done this sooner and saw an ad online for another unit, but I liked the reviews on this one better and it was less expensive. I'm so convinced of this that I only wish I hadn't waited so long to do more research. This is superior to everything, but a five-star rating is absurd. Don't wait because everything takes time and things can go back to normal, but you must use it consistently. Polar Roller, please accept my thanks. You are an absolute necessity in my life, and I have already noticed results in a short period of time. So think about it later. I'm confident that if used correctly and frequently, this will solve my problem.
This does not, in my opinion, provide the best stretch. I tried it after it had been frozen, but I don't believe it is providing me with the best treatment. I prefer to stand on my own two feet. foam roller with a Trigger Point grid of various sizes. It not only stretches my feet but also my calves, which I believe is a common cause of PF problems.
omg, this is seriously ice cold, and it stays that way for me to do both feet for at least 20 minutes each, and it's still ice cold when I put it back in the freezer. It appeals to me. It has taken the place of the traditional water bottle and foot pads. When compared to this, a frozen water bottle is a joke.
I have bad plantar fasciitis, and this foot roller has helped me a lot with the pain. I would recommend freezing it because it does relieve pain for a short time.

Simply place it in the freezer and roll my foot over it twice a day. It provides a wonderful cold foot massage. It's ready to use again and again if you put it back in the freezer.
therapy. I was bracing myself for a bout of the flu. My Plantar Fasciitis was treated with this therapy. You don't feel any effective cold relief because the small area that receives the cold is so punctual and dynamic during the rolling. It's fine as a massager, but I don't think it's a good idea to combine the methods. A consistent cold would be ideal for me. My aching soles needed some therapy.
