They are made of aventurine rather than genuine jade. There is an error in the product description.
Is this Real Natural Nephrite Jade, which I was looking for, or is it Adventurine, as other customers have suggested? In any case, they're quite nice.
These arrived yesterday, not in the most opulent packaging, but they are the best tools I've treated myself to recently. With the 4 different shapes, nice quality jade, and thickness (another purchase was 1 piece that was an "upgrade" and cost more than all 4 in this set and it's not as thick as these), you'll be able to apply less pressure to your face. I'm glad I found these; there are a lot of options these days, but I highly recommend this one; here's to a happy face in 2020!.
It's so fragile that even a light touch will cause it to shatter, which is dangerous because it's glass.
I really like how they feel and work on my face and body. Make sure there aren't any on the floor. Even so, it is simple to break. I had to keep buying more because I couldn't stop myself. I adore them) because I've broken a few on my hardwood floors at home.
After only a month with them, one of them snapped in half.
I don't think any of them are as effective as the one I have, which I purchased separately for about the same price as all of these scrapers combined.
The instructions for the roller were included, but the roller itself was not. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them all. This is the first time I've ever used Gua Sha Scrapers. I'm completely oblivious to my surroundings. Detail instructions or a link to a tutorial would be helpful. The stones are lovely, but they are not appropriate for a first-time user.
