Questions & Answers
The answer is yes. The price of a pound is 5 cents. (Eight ounces).
Despite my apologies, I am unable to answer. The research I have done on it has not been completed. Trying to use it out of the freezer has made it far too cold to be useful. The food item is supposed to be cold, of course, but for my purposes keeping it in the refrigerator was very cold. It is my regret that I was unable to be more helpful. Should I be able to reestablish contact with you once I have learned more, I will certainly let you know what I find out. Wishing you the best in the new year!
Remove the ball from the case and use a damp sanitizing wipe to wipe the ball down.
I believe so. While I don't have a freezer, I put it metal side down in ice quite often to make it cold

For about 30 minutes, I have been rolling it on my knee and side of my quadriceps. It is still quite Moving to a different location might help if the temperature feels like it is no longer as cold. Then you can go back to the area where you were working. I used this on both knees and it worked well. As long as I'm doing the other as maintenance, I figure I might as well. I work on my right knee to avoid it becoming angry, because it always gives me problems. I insist on running, and that doesn't help either, so I need to work on it more. Due to the lack of instructions, I had to poke a hole in the bottom of the holder and push the ball out in order to obtain the ball to freeze. It appeared that there was a small depressed area about the size of your thumbnail, but I have no idea what it was for. As a result, my only complaint would be that you should give some instructions. Apart from that, I'm glad I brought it along, and would prefer it to an ice pack in this cold weather. One thing you should keep in mind is not to overwork the area, as there will be a tendency to keep working it. As I leave it out of the freezer to write this, it is still cold and has only been out of the freezer for about 45 minutes. The ball of my foot is likely next to be the next spot I try it on.
There are many benefits to using this item- The only thing you have to do is put it in the freezer (it takes up very little space) and it's effectively cold very quickly. Having it available to use is important and I like the way it works The cold water that runs across my skin (from melting ice or condensation) doesn't reach me. The device is also excellent for providing facial treatments (therapeutic or recuperative). If I didn't have this item, I would not be happy. I am very happy with the price and quality of the product.
Provides some relief for some pain right away. I shopped around and settled on this one, the Professional Rehab, after looking at other products, some more expensive and some less. I am very pleased with it so far. I pulled it out of the freezer to use on my tendinitis in my arm on the way to work and at work. It certainly helps to give instant relief. It rolls smoothly and seems to hold the cold for a long time. I also really like the storage bag it comes with.
Get relief from neck pain by purchasing this product. It seems that after putting it in the freezer for a long period of time, the roller ball is unable to roll smoothly inside its plastic housing after achieving the desired coldness. The method of using it sort of results in it getting jammed and pulled on the skin. Every time I try to take it out of the fridge, I get this message. In addition, the plastic casing does not prevent your hand from getting uncomfortably cold after a long time I wish that either the plastic was thicker, or the silicone layer prevented this. The same kind of massager I had with me in the past was much cheaper and made entirely of plastic, and I wonder now if I could have placed it in the fridge and achieved It kind of feels like this roller is not meant to be used cold, but is being advertised as if it were. It's very nice when it's made use of overall but doesn't come across as cold (due to its lack of smooth functionality)
The price is too high for me so I'm not sure whether it's worth it.
When I got freezer burn on this thing, I thought it was rather neat. I feel good after the massage, but I don't know if it's any better than beating a tennis ball against the wall then wrapping my body in ice. About a dozen times, I used this until my enthusiasm got out of control and I pushed myself too hard. The problem is that it took too long for just a few minutes. Be cautious not to use them too often if you're going to use one of them. There may be some kind of lotion after that would prevent the shrinking (which is the most common cause of a freezer burn).
This product is just what I needed. Since using the product for three days, the pain is now more bearable, and I no longer worry about taking off shirts and jackets when I go outside. I don't have to worry about cleaning up water that has dripped all over my house for over an hour because it stays cold for that long. The roller ball is highly recommended to anyone suffering from muscular aches and pains.
I appreciate your help.
Since having a total knee replacement, I have a few areas of my knee that are still stiff and taking a while to heal. The areas of concern that I was having are doing much better since I started using the cold massage roller ball. A further benefit of the roller ball is that it stays cold for a prolonged period of time. As a result, I am satisfied with this product and use it several times a day.
