It won't break the bank, but it's not in the same league as more expensive alternatives. The ball is held in a holder with rough, sharp edges. The ball does not roll smoothly, and it has a cheap feel to it when compared to a steel ball. It's adequate for the price, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it; If it's within your budget, I'd suggest something nicer.

When he returned home, I had prepared dinner, wine, and a special massage for him. The massage roller ball is simple to use, and it gave my husband the impression that he was receiving a professional massage from yourself. The massage roller ball is an excellent choice if you want to give yourself or someone else a massage without having to worry about your hands getting tired; my only issue was that I had a little trouble holding it securely, but that was probably due to my long nails. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention how much I appreciate the fact that the massage roller ball can be infused with oil.

I have a problem with my IT band and have tried over a dozen rollers, bands, and message devices from brands like Stick, Tiger Tail, Rumble Roller, and others, all of which are high-quality items. A simple manual massage roler ball is the most affordable and effective device for my IT band. It precisely hits the trigger point of my it band where I require it. I purchased two more, one to keep at work and the other to leave at home. It works well for a trigger point that you can reach; it won't hit deep tissue like the rumble roller, but it's one of my favorites.

It's nothing special unless you really hammer it into place. I tried putting it down and rolling my feet on it, but it slides and won't stay put no matter what surface I put it on. It's good for the neck and piriformis, but if you want something firmer, spend a little more. br>br>*Because I'm a big guy, I have a different tolerance for firmness.

It's a breeze to use this. Because the back of my neck gets so stiff from sitting at a computer all day, my Chiropractor recommended that I use this. It aids in the relaxation of my neck and shoulder muscles. It's a great price, and it won't hurt your hand like massaging a neck would.

This roller ball is fantastic. I use this after a knee replacement to help break up the scar tissue at the surgical site, as well as to massage sore and tight muscles and fallen and aching arches on my feet. It's great that it can be taken with you. It's easy to slip into a bag (purse, luggage, backpack, etc. ) or a jacket pocket without taking up much room.

It is shaped in such a way that it can easily roll all over the areas where there may be tight muscles or soreness of any kind. If you have any type of shoulder injury or pain, you should seek medical attention immediately. then get one of these as soon as possible - You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. The price is reasonable, and the product appears to be of good quality.
