I had to send it back twice because it was so difficult. I tried charging the product after getting the charger into the product, but it wouldn't I cannot seem to get this product to work. The price of the book does not make it I think the charger needs to be revamped so that it does not take as long.
I was a bit disappointed with this. There will be no charge for this. This product has been used only.

One of my fellow patients recommended this to me. I had some difficulty getting the plug into the mini when I plugged it in, but assumed it wasn't a big deal. It worked great for me when I used the mini. It feels so good to have relief! To find something that helps me is nothing less than a miracle for me, as I suffer from severe pain all the time. As time went on, it became more and more difficult to charge the mini with the charging cable. In the end, I was unable to connect to it. As I was looking for the source of the problem, I accidentally broke the little door. There was no connection left in the little piece where the plug goes over since it had been pushed way back into the mini. After I broke the door, I learned that I couldn't return the product. I can't return it because I broke the door. There are no words to describe how disappointed I am. The cost of purchasing this product is another $100 and I do not have that much money. This is a very THERAPUTIC product for me.
