Questions & Answers

Is there a way to make coffee with it?

Yes, absolutely! And it's served on a silver tray with rosebuds in a vase! (However, you'll have to pay extra for that feature.)

Several times, I was put to the test by walking 100 steps in a straight line. Even though I increased the stride length from 30" to 50", it always read around 150. ?

When I use the clip on my belt, my pedometer is accurate to 1 or 2 steps per 100, but I am overweight, and it pops off when I use it. It is supposed to work in your pocket, but every time I put it there it is always over by 2015% to 50% (pedometer will say 115, 120, 130, 140, even as high a BTW, stride length has no bearing on this. For accurate measurement of miles/kilometers, the stride length is critical. Even if the number of steps is accurate (as it is for me when I clip it on my belt), if you don't measure your stride length accurately, the distance in miles or kilometers will be incorrect. I'm going to get a new pedometer that I can carry in my pocket or bag. I'm not sure if the lanyard is functional because I misplaced it and can't figure out how to attach it to the pedometer.

Is it possible to communicate wirelessly with this device? My husband works in an environment where Bluetooth and WiFi are not permitted. ?

This device is completely devoid of communication capabilities. It's a standard pedometer. The battery is the most technologically advanced component!

Is it long enough to wrap around your wrist?

It can be worn around the neck, on the belt, or in any pocket (pants or shirt), but it does not go around the wrist. It's equally effective in all of those scenarios.

It's accurate, well-made, and a good deal
5/5

Since 2012, I've been wearing a fitness band. Prior to the 3DTriSport, I had 2 1/2 trackers, both of which were identical: Fit*** is the first model to be released. I didn't win the first one, and then I didn't win the second one, either. The clip holder, or the two I had, failed to secure the device. They were right on point. The second was a Yam** E510 that had only recently stopped working. It didn't come with a holder and only had a very short lanyard that I couldn't figure out how to use. Neither of these presented any difficulties for me to program. br>br>I bought the 3DTriSport after reading reviews and ignoring those that had a programming issue. I received an email from a customer service representative shortly after placing my order, which included instructions, a training video, and a phone number to call if I had any issues. br>br>When the package arrived, it was easy to open the blister pack. br>br>A clip holder and a two-part lanyard were included, as well as instructions (I think I have three sets right now). br>br>It was simple to program. The only blunder I made was removing the plastic battery protector, which caused the clock to start. This was simple to fix. br>br>The clip holder appears to be sturdy, and I've clipped it to my t-shirt. While exercising at my gym, I kept my shirt collar, sock, and pocket in place. I've attached the small portion of the lanyard to the tracker and occasionally connect it to the longer portion and wear it around my neck while running on the treadmill. It'll be easier to compare the distances between each one this way. br>br>Now comes the crucial part: precision. br>br>I've used the 3DTriSport and a treadmill to track distance about 7 times. It's never been more than a tenth of a percent off. 02 miles. This is sufficient for my requirements. I've also measured the distance between my house and my gym and compared it to Google Maps to the TriSport, and it's never been more than 0. There is a difference of 02 miles. br>br>I also discovered that it tracks walking up and down stairs. br>br>This is precise, well-made, and a good deal for the money.

This is a terrible device; I followed the instructions exactly as they were written, and it still didn't work
3/5

This device is terrible; I followed the instructions exactly as written, and it is inaccurate! This item is not something I would recommend. I measured my stride length and entered all of the required data, then went to a college track to double-check the mileage. After walking one mile (4 laps around the track), the device indicated that I had walked. 60 miles. I double-checked the instructions video before emailing this company because there is no 800 number or live chat option. After that, I received an "auto generated" response in the form of an email containing instructions. It was a huge let down.

It's simple to use and does exactly what it says on the tin
5/5

It is extremely simple to operate. Be aware that you only have a limited amount of time to set the time, date, and weight, so you must be aware of what you're doing; however, it's very simple to re-set the time, date, and weight. If you wait too long, you'll have to start from scratch. Simply hold down "set" until the option to begin changing things appears, then toggle through the options. If you've ever set a digital watch, this is a piece of cake. br>br>It looks good on both my wife and me, regardless of where we wear it. The necklace option is a little more difficult to put together, but it clips anywhere and has a wide, simple clip. I've clipped it to the inside of my coat pocket, my belt loop, and my shirt pocket, all with the same high step count. I understand that many people nowadays use a fitbit or other device to track their steps, and while this is certainly convenient, I'm not a fan of the fitbit option. I prefer to keep track in a more traditional manner, which forces me to think more deeply about everything. I may eventually join the Fitbit bandwagon, but for now, my wife and I enjoy tracking our steps and calorie intake separately. br>br>Some users complained that the device didn't track their first ten steps. That option appeals to my wife and me because it encourages us to get up and move more, rather than simply walking from the couch to the refrigerator.

Love it
5/5

After reading the reviews on this, I decided to purchase it. The fact that I can attach it to my shoe and forget about it is one of my favorite features. Keeps track of your steps with accuracy. There is a video to watch if you have any trouble setting it up.

Pedometer with high accuracy
5/5

I've had this pedometer for six months and am very pleased with it. When it first arrived, my heart sank because it appeared to be large and bulky, and it was in a case that could be clipped on your belt, which I dislike wearing a pedometer like that. When I was scrunched up in the garden in the past, I accidentally pushed the reset buttons on others, and several of them went flying when the clip broke. I noticed that I could easily remove the 3DTriSport from the belt clip after giving it a closer look. It's slim and fits comfortably in my pant pocket without the extra bulk. It was very simple to set up, and the company had sent me an email with detailed instructions to ensure that I had everything I needed to get started. With the exception of counting steps while walking in place, it provides excellent customer service and is fairly accurate. During inclement weather, I use video walking programs that include walking and marching segments. Those steps do not appear to be counted by the 3DTriSport. It's a disappointment, but not a major one because walking in place accounts for only a small portion of my daily walking. Overall, this is a dependable pedometer that provides all of the necessary information, and I would recommend it to others.

a waste of time It would be impossible for me to set up; I switched to video, but the setup kept disappearing as I tried to keep up with it
3/5

It was a sadist who decided to remove setup mode after 10 seconds; it is now a useless piece of dung. Because I dislike returning items because it is inconvenient; I'm going to keep this as a reminder to never do business with them again.

I've owned three or four pedometers over the years and have never been satisfied with any of them
5/5

They were either too difficult to set up, inaccurate, or required reprogramming. set on a regular basis for no reason in particular This pedometer is simple to use, accurate, and appealing to the eye. This pedometer was accurate to 2/100 of a mile after four miles of brisk walking, which I consider to be good enough. This excellent product comes at a very reasonable price.
