Capsules are what these are. The tablets are labeled as tablets and cost a little less, but they are coarse horse pills, as you mentioned. The capsules remain large, but they are, in my opinion, easier to handle.
I'm not sure if Ester will be able to help you. Adjuvants are present in the compound C. All I know is that I've been taking this particular brand of Vitamin C for years because the bioflavonoids in it help to prevent vertigo. It helps with drying out and balancing the middle ear, and I've taken it when I've had the beginnings of vertigo symptoms and they've gone away in a matter of hours! In addition, I haven't been sick in years and take this every day.
I'm not sure, but this brand appeals to me because it contains the fewest items. I'm curious as to why the question was asked in the first place. Is it true that bovine has a problem?

If you want to take fewer capsules, this is a good substitute for the 500 mg capsules. Be aware, however, that half of the bioflavinoids complex was removed from the formula in order to make the larger 1000 mg cap smaller enough to swallow. Still a fantastic product!br>For your convenience, I've included a photo of the label and cap sizes.
I'm not sure if the absorbency is adequate, but I can say that I'm a member of Consumer Labs, and they recommended this product for absorbency potency. I'm also not sure if the vitamin C in this product is certified non-GMO. GMOs and such, but Consumer Labs recommended it, so I bought it; however, I'm not sure what the difference will be because I usually use Raw non-GMO products. Garden of Life's organic vitamin C is GMO verified, but this one outperforms Garden of Life according to consumerlab, so I'll keep using it and see what happens.

I've noticed a difference since taking one 1000 mg pill every day. I was first exposed to Covid when I was in my early twenties. I continued to take this vitamin when I was 19 years old and began to experience symptoms. My worst symptoms were body aches and shortness of breath, but nothing too serious. During this flu season, I haven't been sick at all. The worst that could happen is a sniffle, and that's it. This is a true miracle worker. Particularly during this pandemic, this vitamin is strongly recommended.

I heard about this brand from a nutritionist. According to him, the pH is less acidic, making digestion easier. Easy bruising was a problem for me. However, because vitamin C is involved in the production of collagen, it is also beneficial to your skin and complexion. This hasn't given me any stomach problems, which is great!.
