They are apprehended, and no amount of water appears to be able to save them. It's got to be something to do with the texture. They are, however, terrible. br>br>More importantly, these aren't Vitamin C; they're Ascorbic acid, which isn't mentioned anywhere in the product description! Because I didn't want ascorbic acid, I double-checked everything. Quite deceiving. br>br>I'm kicking myself for wasting my money on such a dreadful product!.
br>br>Cut the pills in half to make them easier to swallow; they have a faint orange flavor and are a good price for the bottle size and number of pills. br>br>I can't say for sure if they work or not, but about 90 minutes after taking them, I don't feel as tired or weak. I'm guessing they're effective because I'm feeling a little better. It's merely an added layer of defense.
These aren't caplets by any stretch of the imagination. These Vitamin C TABlets are terrible. They don't claim to be caplets. br>I don't care for them; when you put them in your mouth to swallow them, they have a strange taste. They "get caught"br>It's a fact that tablets are extremely harmful to your liver. With tablets, the majority of the vitamin is lost during the digestion process. In reality, you only get half of what you take.
On my doctor's advice, I take a variety of supplements, including this one. This pill is taken twice daily by me - I do it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. While I can't pinpoint a specific issue that this supplement has helped with, I can say that when I take it, I feel a lot better. It has a citric acid flavor to it, and it's quite strong, but it's not overpowering.
I take at least four pills in the morning, sometimes two, and I've never had a problem swallowing them until I came across these vitamin C caplets. I have a hard time swallowing them. The texture is rough, and the caplets are thick. I attempted to halve them. When cut in half, they still cling to my throat and taste awful. I'm going to toss these out and look for some more Vitamin C pills. Is there a brand of Vitamin C pill that is easy to swallow?.
Just listen to what I'm saying; it's not worth your time, effort, or money. It now produces results over time, as it did in 2-. 3 months. I know it sounds like a long list, but believe me when I say that nothing will make you whiter in less than a week. Furthermore, all of these pills and other gimmicks are only temporary. You'll revert to your original skin color once you stop using it, and it's extremely costly and not worth it in the long run. So please consider your options carefully before making a purchase.
- XOXO XOXO XOXO XOXO.
They're caplets, to be precise. They are obviously more difficult to swallow as a result of this. This is an incorrect description!.
I'd make another purchase. I bought these with the intention of taking them every day for two months to help heal my elbow injury. Vitamin C aids in tissue and ligament regeneration.
