Questions & Answers

Would someone be able to tell me whether this is the same as ?

It would be wise to compare the nutritional information on both labels and look at the amount of each vitamin, mineral, fruit, and vegetable These are some of the lower rates, but there are also some higher rates for women in their 50s. Vitamin A, C, and E tend to be less in foods. In contrast, the 50+ have a higher amount of calcium in their bodies.

Could this product be made from milk products such as whey or casein?

It is noted on the bottle that the contents do not include Adding salt, sugar, wheat grains, dairy products, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives to the food is not recommended.

Is it possible to know what the difference between this and max strength is?

You take one a day of this one A maximum of 3 tablets is recommended per day, and they are a lot more concentrated. This one has fewer vitamin pills, but its total vitamin count per pill is a lot higher than its maximum You do not need to overdose on multivitamins with this one, since you do not need to take too many.

This will tell you how much space the tablet has. When the apple is large, my wife finds it difficult to swallow. She informed me that they are too big, after I had taken the men's version?

As I have not seen the Men's tablets or had a chance to hold them, I assume they are the same size. Not small, but I have no problems with it. It would be great if she could cut them in half. It's great to be able to take

There is toxicity associated with lead and vitamin A
3/5

As I was checking out today, I noticed the item I had been buying has a lead warning from the state of CA. For years I thought I was helping my body and now it appears I was mistaken. Usually I ignore this because CA is paranoid about everything, but when I did some further research I found that this particular brand had a lot more lead than is permissible on a regular It also has 7,500 IU of vitamin Chronic vitamin A toxicity can be developed only with the intake of 100,000 IU of vitamin A over a long period of time. You will easily exceed the recommended daily intake of vitamin A if you eat foods high in this vitamin and take it every day. Aside from that, these vitamins taste and smell awful and stink to high heaven, as some others have mentioned. If I drink water there is a horrible taste that I can only cover by eating something. If I drink orange juice, I can cover it up, but if I drink water there is a horrible taste that I can only mask by eating. It is suggested that these symptoms are caused by the type of iron used in the pill (ferrous fumarate) because of the taste, smell, and nausea that accompany it. It's easier to digest carbonyl iron instead because there's no disgusting taste and it's easier to digest. After many years, I eventually switched to another brand of multivitamin that doesn't overdose me on vitamins my liver will either expel or build up in. It is a waste of money to do the former, and it is dangerous to do the latter.

An excessive amount of potency I rubbed something on my pee and it turned My previous multivitamin, a classic Centrum, contained vitamin B, and I liked it fine, but I still felt like I wasn't getting anything significant out of it
3/5

To take a vitamin that is actually nutritious for women, I needed one that was designed for women. One of the things I appreciated about this one was that it had large amounts of key vitamins like B12, and it also provided fruits and vegetables. Additionally, I would like to be able to take only one pill per day. The pee in my urine has turned bright neon green since I started taking these vitamins. It seems that my body is getting rid of too many B vitamins it does not need, based on what I've learned from research. Because my body is getting rid of vitamins, there shouldn't be a problem, except that they're not building up in my system. Personally, I just don't like the idea of ingesting something that I'm not supposed to be eating but which then shows up in my urine so easily. While the potency of this vitamin may be effective for some, I think I would prefer a lower potency.

Taking too much is not harmful in most cases
3/5

There are a lot of great ingredients in this pill. The vitamins and minerals that are present are all wonderful. I would have liked to see a little more magnesium, though. In any case The vitamins are just way too much! It is impossible for one person to consume enough B vitamins. In a few hours after I took the vitamin, my urine was neon green in color. My first thought was that, maybe, the light was too dim, or the colors were too vivid for my eyes. I did get similar colored urines in my next two sessions (is that a word? lol). A search of the web revealed that overdosing of vitamin B could be the cause. The extra vitamin B is mostly harmless, since I am eliminating the excess with urine, but I read that overdosing over a long time period can cause nerve damage. It is possible to overdose on vitamin C as well. In the past, I know that this caused me a reaction because I have experienced it. I am prone to spasming my jaw at random. During the second half of the test, a relative of mine will have a slight tremor around All of these things will occur sporadically throughout the day until the body is no longer overloaded with Vitamin C. I will finish the bottle in the end. It will be every other day or every few days that I take the pills. If you take too much of them, you urinate out the vitamins they are soluble in water. I felt the need to share my viewpoint, even though the effects are mainly benign due to the fact that all people's bodies react differently to things, so it's important to know that any product can cause side effects for some people. It seems that I am fine. Just a bit thirstier than usual (which may be due to too much Despite the fact that I feel tired, I am not It is a bad idea to forget to consider the size of the pills, as well as their unpleasant taste. A 3 is what I gave it because I am not really impressed, but I am not disappointed.

Vitamins made by a manufacturer seem to be higher quality than those sold at stores
4/5

The photos are great! It seems that they have strong performance as described in other reviews, however, and that's what I sought. I'd suggest eating something before you take them if you have an empty stomach, since they might make you feel yucky. I'm not a fan of most of the vitamin things I see on the shelves in shops you know, these gummy things don't appeal to In my opinion, these seem to be a better quality and the price was good as well! *additional information*additional information Ok, these make you feel nauseous for a good while after taking them, even if you take them with food. It may be the half a tablet that helps

Another update An entire tablet is a bad idea. I was practically about to die after taking just half of one! When I cut it in half, there are edges that are very awkward to swallow after cutting it in half! On the next day, I also tried crushing a half tablet and it was rough as well. There is nothing tasty about this, I couldn't eat it! I am back to swallowing the whole tablet and dealing with the nausea because I believe that it is good for me. The most recent update was made on Now I take one full tablet along with a protein shake or smoothie and I don't feel nauseous any more. Hopefully, the problem is now resolved.
