In 2021, I purchased the 250 tablet bottle. For women, you should always take Centrum Silver. BE SURE TO READ ALL REVIEWS TO LEARN IF THE PERIOD IS EXPIRED. IN THE REVIEWS, IT WAS MENTIONED that the expiration was in ONE YEAR, but that is not true My bottle does not expire until 2023, as it was received in a shipment. THESE VITAMINS ARE EXCELLENT FOR OVER 50 YEAR OLDS.
