Didn't do much to improve the appearance or feel of my wife's skin. It also contains corn syrup and vegetable oil, both of which I dislike. Collagen supplements, according to several articles I've read, have no discernible effect on the skin. So do your own research and don't believe these companies who like to sell you snake oil by blowing smoke up your arse.

I can't imagine why people don't believe these are beneficial. I'm 52 years old and have a serious health problem. 30 years of diabetes, ovarian cancer, and all the fun that comes with it. My hair was a mess, and my nails, which had always grown strong, were a disaster. I began taking them after hearing positive feedback from real cancer patients who had to undergo chemo. They were all taking a lot of time each day, so I decided to give up. Each day, I take a handful. I can tell the difference in numbers 5, 6, and 7. I'm particularly conscious of this when brushing my hair. It's something I've done for quite some time. Maybe you don't notice a difference as much as people with less-than-ideal hair, but believe me when I say that it does make a difference, so keep it up! Best of luck!.

Vitamin, as well as the fact that. As a multi-session course, I began taking these. I began to notice that my hair was becoming thicker and growing faster than it had ever been before after taking Vitamin. Except for taking these vitamins, I hadn't changed much in my routine. My mother also noticed a change in the rate at which her hair grew. When this bottle runs out, I'll try a different brand. In addition, I bought the same brand's orange-flavored hair, skin, and nails product. Those are delicious! However, if you smell the bottle, they also smell awful! The multivitamin has an odd chalky consistency, which is unusual in a chewable, but the hair, skin, and nails version does not.
