The vitamins will last for 30 days if you take 120 of them. (There are too many pills and they are too expensive for me!)

Calcium, magnesium, and copper were all present in the first Raw One For Men product. (I really liked this one. ) I'm not sure why they decided to remove those minerals, but they didn't say why, instead announcing that the packaging had been redesigned. I should have known that when the packaging of a product changes, so do the ingredients, so I should have known. Smh! Someone always decides to fix what isn't broken as soon as I find a product I like. never fails to impress!.
It's not just a "new look," as they claim, but a new formula as well. Copper is missing, but zinc is present, and vitamin K levels have been reduced. I'm not sure what else has changed in terms of other ingredients.
