It has taken me only 1 week to use the product, but I gave it 5 stars due to 2) I am very energetic. Although I use this product about every other day, I am not quite sure if it is making me healthier however, I am taking it at least every other day In terms of flavor, it tastes like a very sweet tropical drink or a snowball syrup (may be too sweet for some people). Tropical Oasis' version has a couple of undesired ingredients, and Dr. Berg's has a couple of ingredients that Tropical Oasis lacks This particular product costs more, is smaller and has a metallic taste, but Dr. Berg's version is much more expensive. Dr. Berg's bottle has a dropper, and both are in plastic bottles.
