Some days have been particularly difficult. This, on the other hand, has proven to be extremely beneficial. It emits a strong energy that I can feel right away. Now, I'm not talking about the kind of energy that makes you want to run around the house. But it simply lifts my spirits and, if there is any, clears my head of any fog. Oh, my goodness! br>br>Oh, my goodness! br>br>Oh, my goodness! It's also a lot of fun to drink. If I'm in a hurry, I'll mix it with some water and drink it. If I have more time, I will put it in ice water and drink it. The orange flavor is what I'm going for. br>br>I particularly like the cost-effectiveness of the service.
I started getting terrible night leg cramps when my grandson was born ten years ago. I'd had them before, but they weren't as bad or as long-lasting as the new ones. I needed an electrolyte powder to replace the expensive pedialyte ones I buy when I need to rehydrate. Because of the low cost and large amount of vitamins in each pack, these are excellent. It's a cross between an airborne and a pedialyte. I take it whenever I'm tired, hungover, or trying to stay healthy, and I believe it works because I immediately feel better. The taste isn't bad; it's not as good as pedialyte, but it's also not as sour or tart as some of the other airborne flavors. I received the raspberry and am very happy with it.
