Is it possible to get these on a tablet?

Liquid IV is the only item in the packet that I know of. As part of my daily regimen, I take Electrolyte SR as a tablet. It is great to replace electrolytes with both. You seem to feel more energetic after taking the liquid IV.

Would it be better for this to be mixed days or even weeks in advance and kept in the refrigerator, or does it need to be made right before consumption?

This is something I have never done, but do not see any sense in it. It doesn't seem to make a difference to me. I love these small packages so much because they are so convenient. You can fill them up with a 16-ounce bottle of water and take them with you. Whenever I'm done with my day as the day is coming to an end, I stash an extra packet in my purse for later use.

You should drink alcohol before you go to sleep

If you are drinking alcohol, making sure you ingest one of these before going to bed will help you avoid having to wake up the next morning. After a big tequila binge on a Saturday night, I find if I have one of these before I go to bed, the next day I feel like a new man! As long as I skip a glass before I go to bed and have a glass the next morning, these don't seem to make much of a difference. If I don't drink this before going to bed, I wake up with a horrible hangover. While the lemon lime still wins in flavor, I can't hold a candle to this tangerine.

Liquid IV is my favorite treatment for my Father if he is 1 to 2 days It takes him two hours to get back to normal. It used to be necessary for us to go to the ER for an IV before this product. This product is a blessing to me, so I am grateful.

It is the best tasting of the liquid IV's I have tried. I find it extremely useful. I have been using this product to relieve my migraine pain. The product is great. However, less sugar would be better.

I really like the taste of them. A 32oz bottle instead of a 16oz bottle. The amount of water I drink is 22 gallons We used 24oz, so it does not have such a strong taste. However, they're great none the less.

There is a strong smell of toxic gas inside the bag

There is a strong odor inside the bag and on both the outside of the packs. In spite of my best efforts, I could not get past the nauseating scent on the outside after I cracked open a few.

I'm Having just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, my uncle has fallen in love with this product. There will be 5 treatments of radiation recommended by the doctor. This is so exciting!
