I've been taking Manganese capsules for the past year because I noticed that I was eating a lot more cabbage around St. Patrick's Day because it's always on sale, so I buy several cabbages. I discovered that eating cooked cabbage is very soothing to me, and that eating cabbage for more than a week helps to calm me down (which is very desirable for someone on the autism spectrum). After realizing that cabbage is high in magnesium, I decided that taking a magnesium supplement would be beneficial for me. So far, I've been in a more relaxed state than usual. Also, I was frequently waking up in the middle of the night with severe leg and foot cramps, and since I've been on the medication, I've been able to sleep through the night. I haven't had any nighttime cramps since taking magnesium.     br>br>I purchased this product because I've been experimenting with liquid supplements (which are much easier to digest than capsules). I've been putting a few drops in my pomegranate juice every evening, and if the flavor isn't too strong and it blends well, I'll keep doing so. As a result, I've continued to take this Manganese supplement, as well as a few other supplements, with my juice.

One dropperful should be added to 8 to 12 ounces of water, according to the directions. I mixed it with 8 oz. of water. The issue is that the dropper is terrible on all of their items - I can only fill the dropper about a third of the way no matter what I do. They lose a star for it, and they should invest in a better dropper - either one that is completely filled - or at the very least one that is labeled so I know how many times I need to file to get a full dose. As it stands right now - I make an educated guess based on my observations. br>br>Apart from that, this was a breeze to deal with. There wasn't much of a flavor to begin with. Despite the fact that my tongue felt "dry" as if I were drinking it. Magnesium is required by your body for a variety of processes. It relieves my muscle cramps while also allowing me to sleep better at night. This is a very simple to take supplement with a light aftertaste. One dropper full is supposed to be a serving, but you're unlikely to get a dropper to fill all the way. As a result, I usually do two or three partial droppers at a time. It's a game of guessing. If you take too much at once, your body will alert you and you will need to go to the bathroom. Simply reduce your dosage and you should be fine; otherwise, it appears to be a good product. It is highly recommended.

Manganese is an essential mineral that is often overlooked when it comes to a healthy supplement regimen; this one is simple to use, ingest, and absorb.
