That is dependent on your requirements. Three times per day, I take one. My accupuncturist performs a dosage test on me.
Gluten-free, to be sure. No wheat.
I can't find the word "elemental" anywhere on the package. Because manganese is a chemical element (Mn 25), I'm pretty sure this is one of Amazon's many product titles and descriptions that aren't based on the packaging.
The amino acids are derived from manganese sulfate-chelated rice flour. So there are no sulfur-containing amino acids, but Manganese Sulfate is made up of Manganese Ore and Sulfuric Acid.

After a week of using Manganese, the problem is no longer present. It is possible that your results will differ.
He had been wearing a brace because moving his arm hurt. He was in the store one day when a man noticed his brace and inquired about his elbow, recommending that he try Manganese supplements. He stopped wearing the brace after about a week, claiming that it no longer hurts. On that particular day, that man was a blessing to my husband. I read somewhere that you can take too much, and that an adult shouldn't take more than three. MG a day. He no longer takes it because his pain has subsided, and this one is only 10mg. Hopefully, the pain won't come back.
Has significantly improved the quality of my nails! There will be no ridges or grooves any longer! Plus, they are less likely to break! Because I don't eat green leafy vegetables on a daily basis, this has been extremely beneficial in keeping my nails in good shape!.
It's easy to consume too much manganese, so I appreciate the fact that you can easily cut this in half or quarters using a pill cutter. Stop taking manganese if it's been helping you but you've been getting REALLY angry or depressed for a few days in a row. You've reached your limit. It wouldn't be strange if you only needed 1/4 of a tablet per day because the 10mg in one pill is a lot.
All symptoms of trigger finger were eliminated with the use of this product. I had no idea I had a manganese deficiency or that anything could help me get rid of my trigger fingers and finger lock-ups until I tried it. IT WORKS!.
Years ago, I had my muscles tested and discovered that I was manganese deficient. I didn't pay attention to it for decades. That was a poor decision on my part. br>I've recently been suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and after doing some research, I discovered that Manganese can help. So I went ahead and placed an order. They arrived promptly and are simple to use. The instructions said to take one, but I didn't notice any changes, so I increased it to two at night in the hopes of sleeping better. Unfortunately, I don't believe ANYTHING will aid my sleep. In terms of my CTS, it's a tad better? There's not a lot of difference. However, I will continue to take them in the hopes of seeing further progress. I'm open to suggestions from anyone.
I take manganese to help with my tinnitus, and I can tell when I'm running low. I've found these to be the best value for money.
I've previously had two kidney stones. They are prevented by taking 10 mg of manganese per day, and I haven't had one since I started taking it.
