For adults 19 years and older, the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) is 11 mg per day. Manganese, like zinc, copper, selenium, and iron, is a heavy metal, and too much of it can be harmful.
When I take these, I notice a noticeable boost in energy and alertness, and when I don't, I notice a drop in both. I continue to take sublingual liquid b-vitamins as a supplement. 12 are my favorites, but if I had to choose between them, I'd pick these.
