This is helping me recover from a ruptured Achilles tendon. I had surgery nine weeks ago and have been taking Ligaplex 1 since the first day after the procedure. I'm not sure if Ligaplex played a role in how quickly I recovered, and I can't prove it, but both my physical therapist and my doctor complimented me on how quickly and well I recovered from the repair. I've been taking four Ligaplex 1 capsules in the morning and four in the evening. I'm not sure how it affected my recovery, but I'll tell my friends and family about it, and if I ever have another tendon or ligament problem, I'll definitely use it.

She claims that because I can't eat red meat, I'm missing out on a lot of the nutrients I require, and that my SI joint is prone to slipping out of place again. I was willing to try anything to solve this problem, and it appears that this method worked. It took a while, but I'm now in good shape after about six weeks. I hope it keeps working!.

Before I read the label, I was about halfway through the bottle. I did some research after noticing it had thousands of percent of the daily recommended manganese value per serving (2 pills), which is recommended to be taken with every meal. Toxic effects similar to Parkinson's disease can occur if you consume too much manganese. It's possible that this condition will last a lifetime. Manganese intake for adults should not exceed 11 mg per day - This product contains 5 times that amount in each serving. br>br>If you're still considering buying this product after reading my review, do some research on manganese toxicity on your own.

Bought this for my 95 pound, 5-year-old doggie who had been unable to recover from a muscular tear/issue in her back right leg. We'd gone to the vet a few times, but it took well over a year for the wound to heal on its own. Then I started this with her, and I just finished a full bottle with her, and I'm happy to report she's done fantastic with it! I literally feel like she's back to her old self.

I take three with food every day, and three more when I remember. I'm 54 and have always been an active person; a few years ago, I began spraining my ankles on a regular basis for a year, and when that hell ended, I tore my meniscus jumping off a curb to avoid landing in a rain puddle. It's incredible. I decided against surgery because I believe it will cause more harm than good in the long run. The SI joint injury came along with my most severe sprain. Last year, when mountain biking season began, I thought to myself, "OK, my knee doesn't seem to mind, so here we go!" Even the tiniest incline shredded my SI joint, so the joke was on me. For the time being, I'm not interested in mountain biking. Plus, even without the mountain biking, I had to do all these strange stretches before bed to get the pain to subside enough for me to fall asleep. It was, without a doubt, extremely depressing. br>br>I first learned about Ligaplex in the fall of last year and have been using it ever since. I'm amazed at how well I'm performing! Mountain biking has caused me very little SI joint pain. YAY! I'm still getting minor twinges here and there, but they're not enough to keep me from riding. And I'm a core single track rider who puts in a lot of effort. I've been riding mountain bikes since 1989 and currently reside in Colorado. br>br>In addition, my ankles are strong, and my knee appears to be completely healed. I can easily do 50 squats every other day. All I want is for it to help with my tendonitis! BTW, it took nearly the entire bottle for me to notice a significant improvement.

This was recommended to me by my chiropractor. My muscles and tendons were losing their elasticity, which was a problem for me. My hip kept slipping out of place, and the only way to get it back into place was to go see her and have her realign it. When my hip was out of alignment, it would put pressure on my sciatic nerve, causing a great deal of discomfort. After a month, I tried ligaplex 2, but there was no difference. After that, I tried Ligaplex 1 for the first time. After only a few weeks on this, my hip was no longer bothering me. I'd been suffering from hip pain for years and was about to undergo hip replacement surgery. This is no longer an issue for me. I have a lot of fun bowling and playing paddle ball sports. It's something I take twice a day, twice a meal. It's a small price to pay to be free of pain. It even relieved the pain in my stiff neck. br>This has saved my life!.
