Manganese in this form comes from vegetables and is more natural. I believe it will be easier for my body to absorb than hard rock. It's something I use to take care of my breasts. Doctors are unable to inform you of this because they are unaware of the situation. This, in my opinion, reduces the likelihood of breast cancer.

I've never used Maganese before, but I've used Peak Performance in the past and have enjoyed working with them.
