It's a great way to keep your sinuses healthy

An excessive amount of manganese in the body can have negative effects. Do your own research. Even if I cut the pill in half, it would still be too much. I now have two bottles of pills in my possession. I despise waste, but I adore my physical form. Do your own research, as I've said before.
