The severity of joint problems has significantly decreased

Tinnitus may have gotten a little better. Not for too long at my doctor s recommendation (hair metal test showed me highly deficient even though I get 115% DV from Centrum) but so far it seems to be help The popping of the joints has subsided. The severity of joint problems has significantly decreased. Tinnitus may have gotten a little better. I haven't been taking as long as I have been. I'll make any necessary changes or additions. br>br>DO NOT TAKE THIS OR ANY OTHER METAL SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT a prescription from a doctor who knows what he's doing, and ONLY TAKE THE DOSE THEY GIVE YOU. I took an extra capsule one morning (I usually take them at night) to see how things worked out, and I think it was a mistake. He requested a dosage of ten milligrams (mg). I'll take ten milligrams of the medication.

It's difficult to rate vitamins and minerals, but this product seemed to live up to the hype. I didn't notice any difference, but I wasn't expecting it. It's an important mineral, and I'm not sure I get enough of it in my diet. This appears to be a solution to a problem.
