I can get this on Amazon for cheaper than anywhere else, however they are still very expensive. This is primarily because my midwife has me taking pretty high doses. Fortunately though, there is no discomfort in my stomach or constipation caused by them in my third trimester of pregnancy. The packaging can be a little hard to open, though. Sadly, I have not yet done a new blood test to see how much the medication raised my iron levels.

I can't coexist without them, as someone with chronic anemia, my body needs something easy to deal with. It would be awesome if someone would come up with a kit for home iron testing. While I am waiting for the time to come, this low dose with herbs will help me stay in shape until then.
