Warnings on the label should be posted by the company. My teeth turned black because of oral iron, which I just then found out, so I was very disappointed that nobody warned us about that. For years, I took iron off and on without having black teeth, but before taking these oral pills, I never had them. As of now, I will be taking them with water or juice (don't take them with milk or dairy, your body won't absorb the iron). If you brush regularly, the stain will eventually be lightened by the dentist, but it can still be removed by the dentist. As a first step, I'll try getting rid of stains with peroxide, but if that doesn't work, I'll use the teeth-whitening gels. Constipation can be caused by iron, so be careful how many you take so you don't experience this.

I've had a really bad year of health issues surgery, an endoscopy, and a celiac diagnosis, followed by an endoscopy to check for more bleeding/ulcers, all of which led to a critically low ferritin level. In the past few years, I have been suffering from anemia off and on, and tried many different kinds of I could not seem to find anything that helped. My first EZ Melt order arrived, so I took three of them, and I noticed a noticeable difference in my energy level within minutes.
