I'm used to taking nutritional supplements for my health, but I've never seen anything like what happened to me with this product; since every capsule you take must be digested, it's only natural that the capsule would fall apart during digestion. The fact that the capsules came out whole took me by surprise. I'd like an explanation from the company as to why this is happening. I'm beginning to doubt that this product is truly milk thistle. I purchased three bottles and am unable to return them due to a 30-day waiting period for a refund. Take a close look because you will lose your money if you do not do so within a month. If you buy something, use it right away or don't buy too many so you don't have a bad experience like I did.
I purchased this because it was labeled as organic, but after reading the ingredients, I discovered that it contains silicone dioxide. That doesn't sit well with me, and why is it labeled organic?.

There's no other way to assess a supplement than by looking at it. I'd previously obtained a small softgel that was simple to swallow. I didn't pay attention to the description and was taken aback when I discovered these capsules. They are much larger and more difficult to swallow than I anticipated. Despite the fact that I believe the quality is good, I will not purchase again.
