I'm extremely disappointed! The photo shows Croatia, but when I got the package back, it said China. I'm not interested in Chinese herbs or supplements!.

This is a daily supplement that I recommend, but you must stick to it in order to see results

I take this product as follows: 1 heaping teaspoon in the morning, 1 heaping teaspoon in the afternoon, 1 heaping teaspoon in the evening, 1 heap 2 tablespoons plus l-glutamine in a glass of warm water As a gastrointestinal sufferer, I am always on the lookout for products that will help me feel better. br>Glutamine and cinnamon powder (not always), sometimes mixed with powder greensbr>As a gastrointestinal sufferer, I am always on the lookout for products that will help me feel better. My gallbladder is missing, and I have a fatty liver. Despite the absence of acute pain following the removal, I am frequently bloated and almost always constipated. As a semi-attractive 36-year-old, this is a terrible problem because no matter what I do, the 10 pounds remain, and I am frequently too stuffy and bloated to exercise, regardless of what I eat. I reduced my food consumption to 50% when I began my current job- I won't be snacking throughout the day like I used to when I was a freelancer. I've spent most of my life teetering on the edge of a healthy lifestyle and diet, but I've never been able to fully detox and reclaim my health. My sweet tooth is also sabotaging my efforts. Before I bought it, I did a lot of research on Milk Thistle and decided it was the only supplement I needed. I've been using it for a while now, and while there was no immediate difference (as with some detox supplements), I believe it has now begun to work. I've been semi-regular for a few days now, and it appears to have cleared my skin and restored some sense of calm/rational thinking (I used to panic when I was constipated). According to iris diagnostics, I have blue eyes with a growing yellowish spot on my iris in the liver area. I've noticed that this spot has shrunk, and I believe it's because my liver is slowly cleaning itself. I try to stay away from gluten and processed foods as much as possible. However, his morning routine is very similar to mine. br>br>I would recommend this product, but I strongly advise you to stick with it for a while to see results.

I thought I was getting a good deal with organic power (which is marketed as something to make a tea out of and costs $12

For 2 oz. , it'll set you back 99 dollars. EACH SERVING CONTAINS TWO OUNCES OF INGREDIENTS In addition, I began to notice inconsistencies in freshness, color, and other factors, and it was at this point that I discovered Starwest Botanicals pure milk thistle power. For an extra $7, you can get an entire pound. br>br>I'm a big believer in buying in bulk. Checking in as a Costco shopper - I've discovered that buying products for my daily nutrition and health is the best way to go. capsuled in order to save a lot of money and know exactly what I'm getting I first heard of milk thistle when I was trying to figure out what was causing some of my health problems, which I suspected were caused by hormonal imbalance or estrogen dominance. A helpful website suggested a few things to help get everything back in balance, including milk thistle/silymarin, which supports liver health. The kidneys are the organs in your body that remove toxins. Plus, I'm not a saint and do consume alcoholic beverages from time to time. So there have been a number of reasons to keep this janitor organ happy and healthy, and to never consider a union strike on my body. br>br>What are the outcomes? It's all speculation, but I always tell people that I don't get the common cold any longer. I believe I had one under-reporting. the- That was the only issue with the weather day, which was quickly resolved. I've been on the road to better health for about 2 years now. And that's something I've noticed with a lot of the things I've decided to make part of my daily diet for my health: Amazing unintended consequences! I was just trying to work out my female issues, and now I've accomplished more than that. I no longer get sick. That's fine by me. br>br>I am already very impressed with this product. It's a deep brown color (similar to brown sugar, as shown in the photo) and very fresh. I'm not sure how to describe the consistency other than to say it's spongy and easy to fill capsules manually. I've bought various brands of manufactured milk thistle capsules, as well as the aforementioned power, and the smell, taste, and color have all been different. All I can say is that the rich, natural speckled brown with a pine-like flavor appears to be the most true products, and that is exactly what you will find here. I'm very happy!.

This is a very high-quality product that produces noticeable results
5/5

My purchase was a good one. For the past two months, I've been using Milk Thistle in my juicing. My AST was 49 (high normal is 40) and ALT was 70 (high normal is 56) when I first started taking it. I added a heaping teaspoon of this to a daily smoothie made with ginger root, cayenne, turmeric, chia seeds, maca, a "greens" superfood powder, garlic, carrot, and various fruit juices that I've been drinking for over 6 months. My enzymes were tested on 5/20/16 and showed an AST of 28 and an ALT of 25 after two months of no other dietary changes and an additional day of exercise per week. These findings are noteworthy because Milk Thistle is frequently promoted as a liver health supplement. Because I haven't strictly controlled for other variables in my case, I can't say that the milk thistle is solely responsible for the improvement in my liver function, but it certainly appears to be contributing. YMMV, as is customary. This Milk Thistle brand is well-packaged, consistently ground, and appears to be additive-free.

The Enzyme Values in the Liver of Dogs are Increasing! This was purchased for my geriatric 13-year-old golden retriever, who has had an enlarged liver since he was 11 years old and whose liver enzyme levels have been steadily rising over the last two years

I started him on 1 1/2 tablespoons of liquid Sam-el a day, split in half on his food (I feed him twice a day) and liquid Sam-el. E drops. His liver values had dropped after 6 months of regular use of these products, according to his bloodwork. That's important, so I'll keep this in mind for him. I tried it for myself because I'm an overweight woman in her fifties with fatty liver disease, and a tablespoon was too much for me- It made me feel sick to my stomach. For myself, I now take 1 1/2 teaspoons twice a day.
