I've tried a few different brands of milk thistle, and this one is by far the best! I have mild liver and kidney problems, and I usually have to get up several times during the night to use the restroom or have a painful bladder. I sleep better and don't have pain when I take this before bed. This supplement, and specifically this brand, is highly recommended because it contains no fillers or unnecessary ingredients.

The firm is of high quality. They are where I get the majority of my supplements. br>This was more of a liver cleanse for me. I couldn't get out of the bathroom for the rest of the day. br>However, it is for the health of the liver function, so don't base your decision on my personal reaction to it. My stomach is extremely sensitive.
