I had previously ordered this product, but had never received a Proposition 65 Warning until today! Only when a manufacturer or supplier believes the product may contain LEAD or other similarly BAD CHEMICALS is this required in the state of California. The bottle's label reads as follows: This product may expose you to chemicals such as lead, which has been linked to birth defects and other reproductive harm in the state of California. "br>br>No one, including myself and others, wants to take a supplement that could contain lead or other potentially harmful chemicals. I find it absurd that this is even for sale if such chemicals are present in the formulation. My concern is that I've received several previous orders that were missing these labels. I'm trying to get an explanation from NOW Foods, but I've concluded that it must be unique to their company because I've never seen such a label on any of the supplements I've bought on Amazon, and I've bought a lot. Be aware!.
When my liver was swollen and irritated, I used this product, and I still use it now that I'm feeling better. My father has worked for this company for 30 years, so I've grown up using their products, and I wouldn't trust any other herbal supplement brand. It's the best stuff out there, and it'll make you feel better in no time!.
Flavinoids and flavolignins can really help you heal if you have chronic myofacial pain in your glutes and legs, as I've discovered. As I grew older, it was discovered that I had some fibrosis/extra clotting (i. e. 58 ish). Milk thistle extract is just one of many options (silymarin, I believe, is a collection of flavolignins; I also take diosmin/hesperidin and a small amount of quercetin (500 mg or less per day) / resveratrol. ORAC energy greens) and an additional dose of vitamin C This regimen, combined with stretching and exercise, has reduced or eliminated my sitting pain / neuropathic pain in my legs and glutes (i. e. I also supplemented with enzymes nattokinase / serrapeptidase and lumbrokinase between meals to help with possible fibrin (or other amyloid type deposits) in veins / tissues, and this milk thistle extract is a good addition to the above substances as a source of favinoids. These, I believe, promote healing and proper tissue remodeling / regeneration, which can go awry as we age and fail to heal properly if we don't take the right supplements. Take a bottle a couple of times a year. Increases bile production and liver function. It's a natural herbal product that's great for people who have liver problems. It's something I do on a regular basis to keep my liver healthy.
Due to several chronic illnesses, we've been purchasing a lot of supplements for the past 9 years and have done a lot of research. We don't buy all of Now's products because they don't have everything we need, but they do provide the majority of our supplements. They have reasonable prices as well.
Coming from someone who, in all likelihood, has internal issues as a result of binge drinking as a teenager. I've been using it for a couple of years and it seems to make me feel better and is a very legitimate product. I've recently added a new liver cleanse product to the mix, which is called liver cleanse. These morning and night in those at lunch appear to be extremely effective. In and of itself, this is a poor product.
My nausea, which had been accompanying my liver pain, has now vanished. I strongly advise you to purchase them.
I went to the local health store and purchased another product, but I noticed no difference after taking it. After reading other reviews, I decided to order this product from Amazon. I immediately noticed and felt a difference after taking this product, Silymarin/Milk Thistle. The pain in my side has subsided, and I am sleeping more soundly. This product contains insotal, and believe it or not, my hair is thickening and not thinning out as much as it used to, which I would notice as a hair stylist and salon owner. This product is one that I would strongly recommend because it works!.
