Milk Thistle is a good product in our opinion, but my husband is allergic to it. He had looked into the advantages of this supplement and found them to be quite appealing. We simply did not conduct the necessary research into potential negative consequences. It was a blessing that he switched to the higher dose, which resulted in a more severe reaction almost immediately. He had indigestion after every meal on the lower dose, but he didn't think it was related to the supplement. However, I bought it after reading about Milk Thistle's ability to lower blood glucose levels and its liver-health benefits. The end result has exceeded my expectations. I've had severe scoliosis since it was discovered nearly 20 years ago, and I've always been able to manage the pain with chiropractic care, yoga, and natural supplements like curcumin. I was working a high-stress job where I was stuck at a computer for at least 8 hours a day with little movement, and the pain had reached a point where it could no longer be managed naturally.
