There are none! By far, this is the BEST brand of supplements I have ever purchased, and it was recommended to me by a nutritionist who is a nurse practitioner. In spite of the fact that I eat healthy, am A negative blood type, and I am a slim, 5-foot-2 and 110 pounds, I have never been able to get over the awful effects of anything I eat, especially vegetables and meat. In some cases, even if I have not eaten, I feel as if I just ate a lot. I was given these by my doctor and then my nurse practitioner. I was told to take two before I ate and one It's a huge deal! Intended to be completed within 3 days In just 4 days, I noticed that my body was actually PROCESSING the food I was eating!
