I liked how it worked. Overnight, I let the oranges soak in a mixture of a tablespoon of this and a quart of water. It was all I had to do the next morning to rinse off every last bit of pith and then can. As prepackaged fruit cups from the store, they turned out going the same way. As long as I keep using this brand, I will definitely keep using it.
The number 2 has been added. After my mead had already fermented, I added 5 tsp of this to it. While the directions say to add before, I have been trying to clear this for quite some time now. It worked over night. No matter if it was fermented or not, it seemed to work. It makes me very happy to see you. It is crystal clear in my mead. I'm glad to know now what the secret is.
The quality is fantastic my daughter loves Clementines but is not a fan of the pith, so I used this to make an experience for her.
An opening was made in the silver seal.
This product really does help in removing the pith from mandarin oranges for canning purposes, and I have tried it. It looks great when all is said and done.
No matter what product or additive I've used, I have never been disappointed in the results or consistency. I now only use North Mountain and will gladly pay the extra $1. The cost can vary from 3$ to 5$ That's because I know what I will get for my money. The compliments I have for them don't even begin to cover it.
The quality and the price are both great.
The hard apple cider needs to be clarified during the fermenting The solids settle in the secondary fermentation, which makes the cider naturally clear after several weeks.
