The 4000 do not appear to be being produced any longer. Garlinase Fresh is what I have purchased for many years and they are the same thing. Prior to this, I used to buy 4000 and had the same question, but when I compared the formulae, the answers were both I think that the seller is using an old picture. If you contact them and ask, you will get the best answer.
I know it has modified cellulose gum, but I have been using it for years and it has always been excellent to me.

I just learned that the garlic used in Garlinase is actually from China, after speaking with Nature's Way customer service. This item will not be purchased any longer.
There is no way I would buy garlic from China, and if you look at the bottom of the page, you see Amazon says the product is likely to contain lead. When I contacted Nature's Way they confirmed that the garlic is from China, but added that Kyolic uses organic garlic, not grown in China, so I'm going with them.
A product that will change your life. You will never be ill You won't have to throw up garlic like you would with has helped me avoid infection and I have not taken antibiotics in a long time. A naturalpath who I saw several years ago recommended this gem to me when I was experiencing recurrent UTI's that antibiotics no longer worked for. To get rid of the infection, I took 6 two to three times a day for three days. Since then, we have used these to fight off colds and flu effectively by taking two before bed at the first sign of feeling sick and the illness never sets in. We also take up to six a day when fully ill to shorten the illness. It doesn't matter how old the toddler is, they love taking one Chop up 2 into small pieces. This was the first winter that I did not get sick and it meant that we all suffered less this year. Everybody I know about them knows about them as well.
The only thing I seem to be able to prevent yeast infections from occurring is them. Usually I take like 1 pill a day I would recommend 3 a day, but if you are strictly eliminating sugar, one daily should be enough.
If you have yeast issues, I would recommend adding caprylic acid to your regimen. That works too, but not as well Compared to the garlinase, I find it more effective. However, when I was in the worse condition, I took both medications every day.
I was happy with this product as much as I could be. First, I had to read through so many feedbacks to determine if it has to do with the garlinase or something else is I am taking or eating that immediately cleans me. I hope that your health stays good and you buy this product with confidence. There is a smell and it is only noticeable when the product is in your mouth, but after that it is not noticeable.
I have been able to use it! In the past two days, I have been experiencing light headaches and palpitations due to high blood pressure. I took these pills for 3 days and both stopped! Over the weekend, I forgot to take my tablets and the pain was back! I can't do that again!.

I am trying it for the first time. While I am not clear exactly what the garlic supplement does for me, it has kept me from experiencing a nasty cold or infection during that time period. Thus, it is keeping your gut and immune system in good working order. When you put the tablet in your mouth, there is a garlic taste, but once you swallow it, there is no garlic.
