It's been a long time since I tried anything. Food intolerances are avoided, adrenal glands are supported to lower cortisol levels, and the sebo diet is employed. I'm glad I finally got to write this. My stomach feels flat within hours after taking a dose at breakfast, and I don't feel like my food is just sitting in my stomach all day long. Even though I feel like I have more energy than before, I think I am absorbing nutrients better. This would have been great if I had found it earlier! There is no doubt that I will continue to buy.
