My body wasn't producing the enzymes it needed to digest my food, and I didn't even realize it. I couldn't eat for months and couldn't eat at all. I'm not a doctor, but I've spent a lot of time dealing with digestive issues and have picked up a few tips along the way. The two most crucial are as follows: 1) Doctors are not experts in all fields; 2) Take charge of your own health and get to know your own body! br>br>From Crohn's disease to diverticulitis/dverticulosis, my journey through digestive/intestinal tract hell has been far too long. In the same 12-hour period, I've had explosive (often bloody) diarrhea and constipation. Doctors haven't helped much. It wasn't until I took control of my body by changing my diet (hey, men need certain things in their diets that women don't, and there are definitely things guys - especially older men, such as myself - I was able to find digestive peace and have done so for the past two years by avoiding certain foods (which I needed to avoid) and supplementing with a few key supplements. This Garden of Life Omega-rich supplement is a must-have for anyone who wants to I first discovered Zyme a couple of years ago in one of the major chain vitamin stores (at a much higher price!) I eventually switched to the Ultimate Digestive Blend to see if it could deliver even better results than the ones I'd already had. I never went back to the standard blend after that. On top of that, Amazon's prices are much more reasonable. This product is used three times per day by me. After dinner, in the morning, at midday, and before bedtime. My digestive issues have almost completely disappeared when I use a 50 billion bacteria probiotic product not available on Amazon (hopefully one day it will) taken once a day, with the exception (well, to be honest: mostly only) when I deviate from my dietary regimen and "treat" myself to too much of a bad thing for someone with my particular health issues. br>br>Two of my teenage kids developed the same issues I have (which I believe is hereditary as my father If other doctor-prescribed medications don't work or make you sick in other ways, you might want to try something else. Combine this with a good probiotic supplement to see what you can come up with. Pasteurization destroys yogurt's ability to balance "bad" and "good" bacteria in the digestive tract. It's a waste of money to buy yogurt. I hope this information aids someone in feeling better and becoming healthier.

While these were effective for me, my lactose-intolerant husband became violently ill after a few weeks of using them on a semi-regular basis. We couldn't link it to anything he'd eaten, so we assumed it was a stomach ailment. He took the supplement again the following weekend and became violently ill, much like a bad case of food poisoning. Diet and illness were eliminated, leaving only the supplement. I'm not sure what caused his reaction after prolonged use because I was fine the entire time, but it appears that he wasn't the only one who had a negative reaction. Before including this in your routine, you should probably consult with a doctor. And, no, when he had the reaction, the supplement had not been tampered with or expired.

So far, I haven't had any stomach problems as a result of taking them. I usually take two at a time, but I do occasionally take just one. br>I've never had a bad stomach, but dairy and soy don't agree with me. I'm hopeful that these will restore my stomach to normalcy. br>I'm a huge fan of Garden of Life products because they use high-quality ingredients and, in my opinion, have excellent quality control. They have a nice ginger/turmeric scent to them.

You can tell they're working even if you can't tell they're working. Other products that I've tried have a noticeable effect. Which is fine because it's preferable to being bloated and afflicted by inflammation. These, on the other hand, work and you'd never know. These are the correct products, and they're half the price I'd pay in the store. Thanks !.

Nauseous. I had to go back. This was suggested by my sister, and while it may work for some people, it made me sick as a dog. After taking this, I was unable to function. I was nauseous to the point of dizziness. I thought I was going to pass out. I was fine once I stopped taking these, so I knew it was the product that was causing my sickness. I had no choice but to return it and receive a refund.

During transportation, the glass bottle broke. There must be bubble wrap present. It's a lot of money to pay for a bottle that I won't be able to replace. Excellent product; it performs admirably; however, I don't want to take the risk of it not arriving.
