They are competent and efficient, but why on earth would this company include Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, and Ubiquitous Palm Oil? I now have a jar of so-called Natural Digestive Enzymes that are destroying my gut because some moron decided it would be a good idea to add three extremely harmful additives. I would not have bought them if I had spent more time reading the small print. When I was drinking a lot of store-bought Almond Milk, I discovered that these gums had an effect on my gut. Now I'm the one who makes it. As a result, these enzymes, which had the potential to be beneficial, are no longer available.

I've noticed a significant reduction in belly bloat since using this product, despite taking two probiotics per day and having previously tried another digestive enzyme that didn't make a significant difference. Also, I think the taste is pretty good, so that's a plus. The enzymes themselves have a lot of variety, which I like. br>NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - I've been using these for a few months now and have found them to be extremely useful. My bloating, which used to be daily and painful, has now reduced to only happening once in a while.

It costs $9 less at Whole Foods. If you understand the importance of enzymes, you're probably aware that the chewable version is more bioeffective (absorbs through your system while also assisting other substances in their absorption). Consider going organic as well. Period. As someone who has had blood cancer and has stopped taking chemo, I can attest to the fact that these are extremely effective for everyone. I've taken clients there and use them after every meal myself. They want to lose weight and improve their bio efficiency, while I want to live longer.

These were something I really wanted to enjoy. They do, however, throw in everything they can think of, as they do with most Garden of Life products. In my enzymes, I don't need carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, garlic, ginger, or anything else. Enzymes are all I'm looking for. If you have food sensitivities, chances are one or more of these items are on the list; I can no longer eat GOL products because of it. I'll prepare broccoli and beets as whole foods if I want them. After all, how much of each ingredient is in a single chewable with 50 ingredients? It's marketing overload, and for some reason, these make my mouth swell up. I'm hoping they can figure out a way to make these easier to understand.

When you eat, do you ever feel bloated and full? Do you have a sore throat? Do you have an upset stomach? Have you overindulged or consumed the incorrect foods? WOW will be your reaction to this product. You won't believe how much better you'll feel after just a few minutes of using it. Relief right away! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I was sceptical at first, but this is an excellent product. It also tastes great; I usually don't like chewable supplements, but this one does! My aunt advised me to try this product. I half- I took her seriously and was hesitant to pay such a high price for this product, but she was absolutely correct. These powerful digestive pills are a must-have for me. Both my husband and sister gave it a try and are now addicted. It will not make you sick or cause you to poop excessively, nor will it give you the "runs. " All of this has occurred in the past when I've used other products. This is the best! It's all natural, so there's nothing bad to say about it. I give one of these to anyone who complains about a sour stomach. Every time I do, they come back to ask what it was and eventually buy it. That is how you can be sure it works. We can get them locally at a grocery/whole foods store, but ordering them online is much more cost effective.

After having my gall bladder removed, I needed an enzyme. I've tried a few, but Garden of Life has been the most helpful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a digestive enzyme. It also has a pleasant flavor.
