I am talking about powder. The product needs a clear warning that it is only psyllium powder and not whole psyllium husks. This type of powder comes from grinding the whole husks up fine. As gross as it can be to drink dusty whole husks first thing in the morning, this powder is a lot worse because as soon as you add water, it turns into gelatinous mush. The hint is If you mix it with ice water, you can slug it down much more easily before it becomes semi-liquid A solid foundation. You can counteract the bitterness by adding a bit of salt. Make sure you keep adding water, try drinking a little first, then more. Finally, you will be able to swallow it. With this knowledge, I will only buy whole husks from now on. Nonetheless, it still seems to be effective in my gut, and I have to admit it forces one to drink a lot more water, which I think is a good thing.

There is nothing I love more than this. My solution has been to mix it with diet cranberry juice, which does not taste like anything else. It can have a grainy texture, but with cranberry juice, I don't mind it at all since it reminds me of cranberry sauce made at home, especially at Thanksgiving. As far as consuming it mentally is concerned, the association actually enhances my enjoyment of Additionally, I need fiber, and it does what it is supposed to do in that regard. I will definitely buy again and again because they are firm and great at a great price. We preferred it to benefiber and Metamucil, and we liked the pill form better, too.

My husband ordered it for me thinking it would be the same product he usually gets at the store, primarily that it would be psyllium husks shredded. There is a powder in this. Nevertheless, it was extremely chalky and unsatisfying in his stomach when he consumed it as a morning drink. Had to return at the end of the day. However, the other products by this company are also great!.

It was unflavored, they got it right, that's the only thing they did right. I gave it 5 stars for flavor because it was supposed to be unflavored. There is no easy way to dissolve this powder, you can stir vigorously with it and it will still float to the top without dissolving in complete form. This is no match for Metamucil Smooth, which dissolves VERY easily, and completely.

It has been about a month since I began using it. I enjoy mixing this with a cold, slightly sweet liquid of your choice. The job is done. Adding more water will thin it out if it gets too thick. The purchase was good.

Whenever I drink that brand, I get a cramp in my stomach. To be honest, I'm not sure what's up with that brand. Once I am finished using this one, I may have to try another brand. No, I'm not drawing any conclusions, but there could be a better level of consistency.
