As I look at mine on the kitchen counter, I feel a little guilty. The 48th is the number. There are two ounces in each bottle. As of this writing, 114 doses have been administered. Depending on how many times you take it a day, you may have to take multiple doses. Three a day is recommended, but I take one in the morning and one at noon, and that works well for me. It might be helpful to know that.

There is no apparent reason for this. Only the orange flavor have I ever seen, and it's wonderful!

Currently, I'm pregnant and have been experiencing some difficulties making everything move along because that's very common with pregnancy (nobody told me that!). I was recommended to try Metamucil by my doctor because it is completely safe for me and my baby. The stuff I ordered from Amazon was all ordered while I was sitting in her office. When I saw the price tag, I was shocked, as I had not realized it would cost around $20, but I had to laugh when I saw how much I had ordered. My bad. Now I see what you mean about the price. It seems like we will be getting our fill of this stuff for some time As for myself, I took a TEASPOOON in a glass of water last night just to play it safe and start slow as the instructions suggest. I guess you can guess who got up this morning and made some moves. She's big and pregnant as a big ol' frog. The day started off well today and I felt much better. In addition to its quick and effective dissolution in water, I was impressed with how well this stuff worked. In addition to my teaspoon of powder, I used 8 ounces of filtered water. I was able to dissolve it almost instantly without any gritty residue. I found the flavor to be faintly orange, and I did not encounter any issues. In fact, I had to take my vitamins with the mixture of water and sugar, and I was gagging In the past few days, I have added a teaspoon to my morning smoothie and I haven't even noticed it was In the future, I would take a small amount of fiber every day to get my fiber intake up, and only increase it in emergency situations. There was some reference to an appetite suppressant on the package. I can't speak to that, but I do know fiber and protein help keep you feeling full for longer, so I think using a vanilla protein powder and a scoop of this stuff with some milk and fruit might be a good way to start your day. An idea just crossed my mind! Thank you for your help!.
Power is usually mixed with orange or mango juice to make it more palatable, so I figured I would try the orange variety (smooth). In spite of what you might expect, the smooth version is much easier to mix into water and does not cause the same sensation as "drinking sand. " I dare to say that it becomes almost a treat when the flavoring is blended into orange juice. The product makes a noticeable difference as a fiber supplement, and I can confirm that it is also very effective as a weight loss aid. You will start to notice the effects within 2 days of using the product. The feeling of being regular and feeling less full between meals is what you can expect. As a result of this powder, my daily snacks have been replaced by one. My energy levels are higher as I feel satiated during the day, so I prepare less food and eat less. plan to keep this in my kitchen at all times. Fiber supplements are very useful, but what else can you ask for?.
A version without sweeteners is what I need. No sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no stevia. Make a version without sugar or artificial sweeteners. I appreciate your help. Metamucil has been my go-to supplement for years now, but I use mostly other brands that are not sweetened. There's just no benefit in it. It's very clear, very clear, and very plain I appreciate your kind words.
You young kids who think fiber is only for old people Fiber is for you, too. Be sure to give it a try before you judge. I am very fortunate to have my grandfather as Rest in peace, he was a good man A friend of mine once said to me, "Son, there are few things in life as precious as a good dump. ". I'd like to extend my congratulations to you.
Whenever I was a kid, I suffered from constipation, but today my doctor recommended Metamucil and it's really changed my life. I go to the bathroom every day, and I'm really happy with it. Give it a try for yourself! This process works for me, and I hope that it does the same for you.
I got this for free from my amazing doctor and it really If you mix it with water, it tastes like tang the orange drink I used to drink as a child. You have to drink this immediately because it gets thick, so you can't wait for it to get in your system and feel bloated. I drink it in the morning right after breakfast, and I never have to hang around the bathroom since it softens and makes it easier.
What it does (i. e. , facilitate communications and take care of business) is much better than what I expected. To help you gain bulk mass and improve your bowel movements. My mood has improved and I feel lighter after using this product. However, I have to stir quickly to avoid the psyllium husk coagulating and turning into a gel. The taste is a bit fake, and it is not quite as healthy as the traditional one. If they use natural flavors and sugar, rather than sucralose, that would be all right.
In general, I prefer the version made with sugar to the one made with artificial sweeteners. There is something to be said for "Metamucil" being less acidic than the generic versions at least.
