NOW Foods Psyllium Husks Whole, 16 Ounce, Pack of 2 (Package May Vary)

I bought NOW Foods whole psyllium husks a number of years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the product up to this point. It happened a few months ago that I found a very stiff hair in the package. The hair was about 2" long, kind of like rodent hair. The creature was not human, that is for certain. My call to customer service to inform them of my little discovery was blown off by the man who answered. The same manufacturer continues to sell this product to me, so I figured the initial problem was an isolated incident, but on my most recent order I discovered another piece of the same type of hair. That says it all. I will switch to another brand. Too bad NOW Foods customer service did not care more about the safety and quality of the product they provided.

I HATE IT! I don't think any of them tastes good, but this is like trying to slam a glass full of bad oatmeal and gravel into your mouth. Although the nutritional value still appears to be acceptable, I find it difficult to eat this stuff. It will be used instead to make cookies by the wife.

psyllium husks are the whole plant's primary source of nutrition I give my dog a biotic both in order to have a bowel movement and also magnesium for his perianal fistula condition. In other words, he would be constipated in a painful way. As opposed to other Metamucil brands that have unwanted ingredients (sugars, colors, etc. ), this product is much better.

The quality of the contents inside these packs is extremely poor. It worked like magic. My first purchase was Now whole psyllium husks 680gr plastic tub, which I purchased at a health food store. However, this stuff does not work for me whatsoever. I did not change my eating habits. This bag will not be purchased again since I feel like the product is compromised in some way.

Give it a try, although it may be too coarse. To my great surprise, I found a product that had no sugar in it and was reasonably priced. Since I stopped using it to go back to the Walgreen's knock off brand, I have gone back to the one I was using before because this one was difficult to use and provided less fiber per teaspoonful. My next attempt will likely be with a different product. Manufacturer The final product should be finer/smaller than what you currently have.

Buying this product is my favorite since I don't like the artificial color and refined sweeteners in the orange stuff. In my experience, the most reasonably priced brand comes a little coarser than I like, so I grind it in the blender until I get a much.

It says exactly what it says in the headline. This product has a strange taste and texture but does what it needs to do. The next morning I felt full almost immediately after my breakfast, and headed to the bathroom immediately. Since I think is important to eat breakfast, I can use it to replace a meal that makes losing weight easier, probably lunch or dinner. In my opinion, here's what you should do So you won't have to taste the solution, pinch your nose as you drink. It is SO much easier to deal with!.

As opposed to other brands, it doesn't make my bowels move much. During my visit to the bathroom, I wiped and wiped. There is no reason why a brand would be as important as it is. Both look the same to me. The taste is Not as natural as my other brands, but it makes me regular. There may be a difference in your mileage. The way you deal with this stuff will vary from person to person. It is impossible to describe all of our systems in one sentence. Perhaps you will find it useful. You should give it a try at this price.
