Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Psyllium Husk Powder, 1 Lb - Superfine Texture | High Purity | Keto Baking

If I could give zero stars to this powder, I used this Terrasoul psyllium powder for 3 days (2 days with water, and 1 day with ice tea). I believe that the powder is choking hazard. It takes only 3 seconds for the powder to gel when it is mixed with the liquid! My first 3 attempts required approximately 10 oz of cool liquid each time. The last time I tried to drink it (as it had already thickened), I noticed that some of the powder still wasn't mixed. I felt like I had concrete attached to the roof of my mouth thanks to the dry powder. My bad! I ate it instead of swallowing The next 15 minutes were spent scraping it with my fingernail from the roof of my mouth after I tried to remove it with my toothbrush. While I tried as fast as I could to drink it, the gel became too thick to swallow (without choking on it), and I ended up taking out half of my cup full of gel into the trash. It may be due to the extremely fine powder that is the cause of these issues. Though I may try another brand of psyllium power in the future, Metamucil has been my go-to for now. Terrasoul products I have used in the past have been excellent and I have generally been very pleased, but not this Ppsyllium Husk Powder.

As far as I am concerned, it is the finest grind, lightest color, and smoothest psyllium husk prefer I have ever tasted. Furthermore, I have tried the Viva brand, which is gritty and turns EVERYTHING purple the moment it comes into contact with it. The NOW brand I used had been lighter than Viva, and it did not turn many things purple, but after 9 or 10 months or so it started turning a few things The grit was never too bad but didn't last too long. Although this brand is less expensive than this one, it is not as finely ground as this. With this brand, you can expect everything to stay light and smooth without It is possible that the now brand may not have turned things purple after several months if it had been stored in the freezer instead of the Currently I have a brand new bag of psyllium husk powder from Terrasoul and NOW. In comparison to Terrasoul, it is lighter, smoother, and easier to use. It will be interesting to see if the difference in color caused by pantry storage is apparent once a small amount of each is left in the pantry for some time and the rest will be stored in the freezer. While Terrasoul is more expensive than the now brand, given the choice, I will definitely choose Terrasoul over the now brand once I have consumed what I have. I would not consider the Viva Brand as it was very poor quality and I only got gritty and purple results! It is the perfect product if you are making.

This is by far the best I have tried in comparison with other products I have used. In the past, I purchased Psyllium from Bob's Red Mill but I have never been satisfied with its consistency or taste. With any Psyllium Fiber Powder, you first need to fill your shaker with very cold water before using it to mix. I use a Tupperware shaker for this. Water fills up my shaker to the maximum of two cups. Then I measure out 2 tablespoons of the powder after filling the shaker with cold water. Stirring causes it to clump, so I do not do that. My next step was to put on the mixer top again and shake it vigorously for Once you have poured it into a glass, drink it quickly because it quickly becomes gelatinous the longer it sits. Despite its fine nature, the powder is tasteless and does not have a strong aroma. This product will be ordered exclusively from Terrasoul because it is the best I have found among the ones I have tried.

Gluten Free baking is made so much easier with this product. When I tried various brands of Psyllium Husk Powder, I found the taste, color, and odor of it to be less than satisfactory! this brand of bread stayed moist and white and I didn't have to deal with the overpowering psyllium husk taste and smell. My opinion is that it is the best for baking especially!.

There is an amazing number of individuals trying to mix psyllium powder with a fork or a whisk. to mix this type of powder in a way that it doesn't clump up when you use those sorts of A smoothie blender would be a great help for you. A 12-dollar one was purchased by me. A few seconds are all it takes to mix it. With my apple juice and psyllium powder, I mix and drink them right away after adding them to my apple juice. Next, I make myself a large glass of water, drink it ( not gulp it) and then go to the bathroom. It is my hope that this will help anyone who is having trouble. The last bit of the video did not seem to thicken as much as the first. Additionally, after trying several products, I found that this one has a mild flavor.
