Questions & Answers

One dose of three capsules (two grams of fiber) contains how much fiber?

Approximately 1500 mg of fiber are in three capsules 1. Is that correct? This is five My favorite way to take fiber is in capsules when I go on vacation so I can just swallow them all at once and not have to worry about mixing fiber into liquids.

Where can I find the complete ingredients list for this item?

To begin with, I only show ingredients that are not food, such as It is made up of gelatin, rice flour (psyllium husk), and propolis A rice plant chaffing will definitely stop using this product. *br>Secondly, this product has been helping my system to run efficiently for a long time now. As a result of celiac disease, I'm highly susceptible to food. It was the first thing I bought because it was non-toxic Gluten free, and not GM (two other factors that are very important to The product is of high quality, and my expectation is that you too will find it to be the right product for you.

Can you tell me if the capsules are ?

Gelatin is just mentioned on the label, so I assume it's made from animal product. It mentions GMOs, so I assume it's made from them. Free from gluten and dairy Considering the fact that it is free, I guess it would use agar agar or something similar for capsules if it were vegan.

Can you tell me if the capsules are ?

In capsule form, they are gelatinous. There is no vegan food. A better choice would be to have a product without fillers, like this one does, and to buy a more reputable brand.

Unlike Psyllium, this is not a mineral
3/5

If you may Years ago, I used to buy these on Amazon because it was the cheapest way to purchase psyllium, but lately, I began to realize that they were not helping my digestion. Here are a couple of names that I tried out I use Metamucil (unflavored coarse ground) powder and have significantly improved my digestion since switching to it. In order to do this, I put two glasses of water with an equivalent weight of Metamucil powder and the powder from these capsules in it and let them sit for several hours. I expected to find a layer of globby gel at the bottom of the glass created by the Metamucil water. Where does the stuff in these capsules come from? It did not contain any gel, just some powder clumped together. No matter what they are, psyllium isn't it. There's a scam going on. I have attached a video. * Note * As metamucil is expensive and used to contain added sugar, I have switched to NOW brand Psyllium Husk Powder, which is available in bulk and passes the gel test. I am sure most brands would work just as well. There's just no way in this case.

difference seems to have been made
3/5

It's been a while since I used the NOW brand and have I have not noticed any difference in my body since I started taking nutricost. The impression I got was not great. My experiment was a bit of a success. This photo shows how to do it. Even if the nutricost hasn't yet begun to dissolve after almost an hour, we still have a long way to go.

The product is less effective than others
3/5

Why is it lower cost? I think it's because of the lower costs. In comparison to other brands of psyllium husk, this one doesn't perform nearly as well. I've been using the Equivalent brand from Walmart (400 mg per capsule) and it seems to work great. It is hard to take. The brand doesn't work so well (500 mg/capsule).

Consistency is not as high as it is for Since Swanson's Psyllium Husk capsules came out, I have used them consistently with great success
3/5

Since they can't ship to my state, I ordered the Nutricost at the same time. It's kind of odd, because the Nutricost works a lot better. It's not working consistently for me and I got constipated at first. My experience with fiber is over a decade so I know how to take it with plenty of water, but still I get The brand doesn't seem to be a brand I'll purchase again after finishing my bottle.

There were days when things were different
5/5

When I was so constipated that I believe I developed my hernia, I am pretty certain it was caused by that. Sorry for the graphic description, but if these little miracle pills can help you like they did me, I am glad to help. I hated constipation as I got older. I could never shake it. . . it was a part of my life! As I was straining so much, I remember wonder if I was not causing some injury inside. Sure enough, I found out that I had my one and only hernia (which has since been Stir-frying was an experiment for me The main remedy I disliked was powder (which I hated), followed by a few other remedies (which I disliked as well). In spite of the fact that I do not remember how I came across Psyllium Husk Capsules, I have been taking them for quite a while now (I'm 6'4" and about 245 lbs, 63 years old). Constipation is NOT a problem! There are none! Don't do it every year or every two years There's no time to be worried! I consider these little wonder pills to be worth their weight in gold. The only thing that can possibly cause a problem is psyllium husk, which I assume is completely safe! Metamucil is the same stuff they use in capsules but I don't think it's the same thing they use in other products. If you are having trouble, please try these if you know they are not working for you. I know others find this doesn't apply to them, but I really do recommend you try them. Personally, I would not be able to A recommendation like that doesn't get any better!.

Considering other, better options is a good idea
3/5

Due in part to the odd smell, slight foul taste, and lack of effectiveness, these are overall not a great choice. Two stars is appropriate because they are cheap and do work 30% of the time, in other words, they earn one star. Zero is the most popular option in this field, followed by Pure. Try one of those instead of trying to figure it out on your own. I have reviewed Zero if you are interested, but I advise you to stay away from.

The situation is not What they put in these causes an allergic reaction in my mouth and throat
3/5

I don't know what they put in them. It's been more than a half dozen different brands of psyllium pills that I have taken and haven't had problem. tried switching to these to see if I could save a few bucks on the bill, but I regret it now. I also find it strange that these are so white when compared to other psyllium pills or powders. There is almost a bleached quality to them.

Sorry to hear that
3/5

The first time I bought this product, it was great. However, I became very disappointed with it upon repurchasing it. First, I bought bottle #21022302 from lot #20102302 and then I bought bottle #21022302 from lot #20102302. As soon as I bought the first bottle of Nutricost, I saw that they looked almost identical to Metamucil capsules which I had used for quite some time. I bought this product for the second time and it was completely different from the first time. There was a larger bottle and more capsules in the second bottle. Next, I noticed that the capsules in the second bottle were flimsy and almost full. In addition, when the pills are handled, powder is released. When I opened the bottle for the first time, I noticed that the contents were very powdery, as if the capsules had leaked throughout the entire transit process. In addition, the capsules in the second bottle were lighter in color and looked finer than the capsules in the In order to experiment, I made a few observations. In addition to the two pills in the old bottle (marked as "old" in the pictures), I also took one pill from the new bottle (marked as After putting the pill in a cup of water and watching how it worked, I placed it back in the pill container. The old pill had been dissolved and turned into a gel after 20 minutes. It's what they're supposed to do. As for the new pill, it had not been approved.

After 2 hours, the new pill was still not dissolved, so I decided to try a second time. The powder was manually released by breaking up the new pill with a fork. It wasn't congealed into a nice gel like it is supposed to, so I just wanted to make sure it did congeal. A further hour passed and it still did not congeal. The powdery appearance left me with a feeling of clumpyness. In any case, I do hope the seller returns to the old capsules since these bigger, leakier pills are clearly ineffective.
