Questions & Answers

Hundreds of tiny bugs jumped out of the bottle when I opened it, or static was causing it. Is it one of these?

The 10- This is not a problem with the pound bag version. I'm going to look for something along the lines of a metal detector. tin- 20 years ago, a box, similar to saltines, was introduced; or perhaps the aluminum-based It'll work if you wrap foil around the jar's top. It's *awesome! * This is the first time I've ever seen such monotonous behavior - incredibly amusing The husks are light and fluffy, and the plastic jar has a strong electrostatic charge - Mexican jumping beans are similar in appearance. I was planning on using this as a bridge between the 10-minute meeting and the 10-minute meeting. lb bag - That is not a good idea.

What's the difference between psyllium husk and psyllium husk in its whole form?

The difference, I believe, is due to the husk being ground. Psyllium husk is a powder that can be found in drugstores under the name Konsul. While it mixes a little easier, I find it to be too harsh on my body, whereas the whole psyllium husk (this product) is not as fine, and I tolerate it much better. I also appreciate the fact that this item is organic.

What exactly is the content of the lead page?

The short answer is: I'm not sure what I'm saying. br>An extended response is as follows: Because the presence of lead in this ORGANIC product is not stated on the label, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly with your question. I'm looking forward to hearing from them. I share your concern because I recently came across a lead statement on Simple Truth psyllium husks. br>I hope you found this information to be useful.

Is there any added sugar?

Only the Whole Psyllium Husks are used in this product. There are no extra ingredients in this recipe. As a result, sugar is prohibited.

This stuff is superior to Whole Foods brand, and I have a clean "scrubbed" feeling inside that I've never had before
5/5

I'm not sure if it's because it's organic, or because they're sourcing their psyllium from different plants, but this stuff is superior to 365 brand. It works faster, and I have a clean "scrubbed" feeling inside that I've never had before. It could be because you've been taking psyllium for a long time. maybe. I was constipated my entire childhood, but thanks to this, I'm now healthy and never bloated (I'm 42/f). When I have a craving for fast or processed food, I always follow it up with 1/4 cup WPH, which not only satisfies it but also reduces putrefaction and bloating. Minimize gut putrefaction is one of the most important aspects of having a flat stomach. Psyllium now accomplishes this. I'm going to buy more.

It works for me and my pets
5/5

One of my cats gets diarrhoea every now and then. His tests are always negative, so it's what my veterinarian refers to as an "idiopathic" condition. " He suggested giving kitty Metamucil when it happened, and I followed his advice for a while, but I was put off by the unnecessary ingredients added to make it palatable for humans. After receiving his approval, I decided to forego the M and instead purchase Psyllium Husk, the main active ingredient. br>br>Getting the dosage right for us took some trial and error. My cats only eat wet food, so I only add a quarter teaspoon or so and gently mix it in. Overmixing turns it into a gelatinous goop, which they won't eat. If you have multiple pets, feed one of them Psyllium Husk first or prepare his or her food last because it will become goopy as time passes. As I previously stated, trial and error is the only way to learn. br>br>Recently, my puppy has been scooting around after pooping. He had his anal glands expressed during his wellness exam in April and is parasite-free, so based on my research, Psyllium Husk appears to be a safe supplement to give, as it supposedly bulks up their poo and aids in natural expression. He's only been on it for a little over two weeks, but the fishy odor is almost gone, thank goodness.

I'm not the least bit queasy, so when I got stuck for the first time in my life, I decided to try this
3/5

I'm glad I didn't do it. When I first opened the bottle, the husks were staticky and floated like little cricket legs on top of the water. Before I bought it, I read the reviews and thought the claims that it was a thick, gelatinous goop were exaggerated. That is, in fact, THE PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS. And there was still no action after doubling the servings. If baked into something, I believe it would be acceptable. When I swallowed it with water, however, it reminded me of German cockroaches in 1980s dorm rooms. Do not inquire, but do not purchase!.

WARNING- EXCESSIVE BLOATING IS POSSIBLE
3/5

AVOID BLOATING AT ALL COSTS. I've never felt so bloated in my entire life. This has the potential to cause bloating as a side effect. My stools were SO much better the first two days I used it. But then I began to receive more each day. I became increasingly bloated, to the point where I looked like I was going to burst. I was overwhelmed. pregnant. It was the most bizarre thing I'd ever witnessed. incredibly uneasy I couldn't figure out what it was. I was taking a heaping TBSP every day, so I could have been taking too much. You can start with a tsp per day, according to what I read. rise in the long run That is, without a doubt, what I should have done. The pregnant look persisted even after I stopped taking it. For days, the sensation lingered on me. It actually hurt! Now that I've been off it for nearly a week, it's finally going down. I had no idea something like this could make me feel so uneasy!.

It works! I'd been looking for this fiber for quite some time and finally came across it
5/5

Most companies are changing their products and grinding the psyllium to a fine fluffy powder, which is highly effective because it is organic and course ground. During the refining process, the fluffy powder loses the majority of its mucilage. In a glass of water, I put four different brands to the test. The amount of mucilage present in the fiber is readily apparent. This is a superior product. I sincerely hope the NOW company does not alter their manufacturing process. I'm buying more jars today because I'm worried that the product will be changed. It's high in mucilage and works so gently and quickly. This course grind is exactly what I'm looking for. I've looked all over the internet and in stores for it. I've had severe digestive issues my entire life, and this fiber outperforms every other brand I've tried. It's simple to incorporate into water, juice, or a smoothie. In my oatmeal, it's also a favorite. When mixed with water, it has a mild flavor. That's how I take it the majority of the time: a tablespoon in the morning and another in the evening, and my digestion has never been better. This product is fantastic, and it's also very organized, which is a plus in my book. Chemicals have a high susceptibility in my body. If I consume foods containing preservatives or chemicals, I experience bladder attacks (interstitial cystitis). This product was developed by the NOW corporation.

I'm not sure what to make of this product; I usually use Kirkland fiber powder, which I love because it doesn't change the flavor of my tea or coffee or thicken it
3/5

Furthermore, the cost is reasonable, and it is available on Amazon. However, I wanted to try a different type of soluble fiber so that I could reap the benefits of psyllium husks' cholesterol-lowering properties as well. However, this substance is not soluble in water. It's as if you're drinking water with a bunch of dirt floating in it if you drink a glass of water quickly enough before it congeals. I don't get motion sickness easily, but I could only drink one glass. Perhaps making bread with it? If you combine it with applesauce or yogurt, you'll need to eat it quickly to avoid the congealing effect. I tried it in oatmeal and have since stopped eating oatmeal because it was so disgusting (haha). I also tried it in a smoothie, but it turned out to have such a rubbery texture that I despised it by the end. As a result, I'm not sure if this stuff is worth it in my opinion. I haven't been able to find a reliable, palatable way to consume it on a daily basis.
