It's Just's products are unlike anything I have ever seen before. Psyllium husk powder from them is brown in color, and again, I had never seen brown powder, nor does it aid in bowel movement in any way. There are other brands that offer psyllium husk powder that are white or near white in color, but not This Mystery Powder from It's Just. In the 'non-profit' section, it says GMO is listed on the back of the package, but it has not been verified. There is no such thing as a non-profit They stated that the 'gmo' was something they printed themselves by typing the letters on the packaging themselves. You can bake with Psyllium Husk on a Keto or Paleo diet! While it was a good size considering the price, the reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is because it took more than 2 days to arrive at my house despite the fact that it said it was prime. I will certainly buy from them again if I need more for baking.

Konsyl Fiber but at a fraction of the price

Although Konsyl took days to work, Psyllium Husk Powder not only works faster, but is more thorough as well. Truthfully, I felt much more energized after that workout.
