I like the orange flavor of metamucil. What does it taste like?

You won't taste anything in it. A drink with a strong flavor did not taste to me. If I were to mix it with a single serve drink product, I would choose an unflavored brand since other brands taste "earthy". As opposed to Metamucil, it does not include any sweeteners or flavorants. Water with a pH of 10 or higher is the only water I used it in. As well as the smell, I don't remember it. This stuff is great compared to what I use now, but it's rather expensive.

I can't think of a nice way to put it Why would I not be able to poop properly? I did not understand. The sessions are 20 minutes long, several times a day, four sessions per week There are five flushes per person. A person recommended Metamucil when I searched "why can't I get my a** clean". In Metamucil, the main active ingredient is sugar/maltodextrin, which can affect ketosis, so I chose psyllium husk instead, which is pure, organic psyllium husk. I have been taking this for two weeks and here is what I have noticed People, I am living the life of my dreams right now. Poops that are perfect. It's every time. A single person. It feels amazing to have so much time back. I no longer have to take extra showers or use maintenance wipes, and I feel so much more relaxed. As well as the weight loss, I've also experienced an acceleration. Taking 2 teaspoons in the morning for breakfast with 10 ounces of cold water is recommended In the evening, I took 2 tsp of Mio again. I think the flavor is what you would imagine husk to taste like, but the Mio masks the taste It takes some getting accustomed to the texture, but it isn't as bad as it might sound. I've purchased three bags of this stuff now. It seemed as if bag 2 wasn't ground fine enough. Bag 1 was great, bag 3 is great, and bag 2 wasn't ground at all. In order to replace gluten in my "bread" foods, I need something as a binder to help them bind together. I have found that this worked quite well for this. When you prepare bread-like foods, you need to get used to the process of cooking. To gel it, you need to let it set for a few minutes. Once this process is complete, I just cook / bake as I normally do. The texture of this product is more like the crust of a bread product, which I had been missing since I stopped eating bread. In terms of figuring out the right ratio between fluid and psyllium husk powder to use per recipe, I have needed to experiment a little, but it hasn't been too difficult.
