It's really important to me that I find something that will help strengthen and rebuild my injured knee, and I wanted to try this, but unfortunately my stomach disagreed. There are two sulfur-based ingredients in this product, which might be why I was bloated and gassy after I ate. Online, there are several forums where people discuss this unfortunate side effect of glucosamine and chondroitin in general with msm. My knee is still hurting, and I wish I had sought out side effects before buying this. I'm out of $30 now, and still have to find an alternative to this. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to why some people get this and others do not.
