Even though I doubted they would help me, I decided to give them a try because I would never know unless I tried. I took it for a week and was amazed at how quickly my joints and pains went away! It appeared to be just a coincidence at that point. Since I didn't reorder as soon as the bottle was empty, the bottle was empty when I reordered. In a short period of time, the joint pain and back pain returned. Finally, I have been pain-free and mobile after my reorder, and I am now mobile The smaller capsules are easier to swallow, and the larger ones are too wide to swallow comfortably. I have never had any problems. It is much harder for me to swallow calcium capsules from a different brand that are the same size as those I use now. The problem is, some people claim health supplements do nothing, but I can tell you for sure that when I run out of a good glucosamine/chondroitin supplement for a few days, my knees start feeling worse I am not sure if MSM in this will help, but as long as I take it 2 x 2 daily I never feel joint pain so I suggest this to you.

I was having knee pain before I took this product, but since I started taking it, I have not experienced knee pain. It is recommended that you wait at least two weeks for symptoms to begin to improve. You don't want to give up on them working until you have given them lots of time to begin to heal. I stopped using them some time ago, but I still use them two times every day now. I try to get up early in the morning and get home late at night.
