I started with the left and worked my way to the right. I've been taking turmeric on a daily basis for the past few months. It didn't seem to be helping much with the pain. Glucosamine chondroiton is a term I'm familiar with. For some reason, I didn't think it would be a good fit for me. Then, as a result of the pain, I became desperate. Because I have lgmd, I am not a big fan of going to the doctor. And the going, waiting, and going again is excruciating for me. But, man, I was on the verge of leaving. I told myself that if this product didn't work, I'd have to leave. My knee pain began to fade after a week on the Kirkland's. I've been taking it for about two weeks now, and it seems to be getting better every day, and it's gradually working its way away. Hopefully to the fullest! I can not 100% it was this that did it was this that did it was this that did it was this that did% Except for taking it, I didn't make any changes to my routine. I almost forgot how it felt to be pain-free in my knees. It was consuming my life; I'm hoping to improve and will continue to take it. So, if you're wondering if this is right for you, I'm not sure, but you should definitely give it a shot. In terms of pill size. . . They're a little on the large side, but I was able to cut them in half with a serrated knife. Then they're a piece of cake to swallow. I've never tried to swallow one whole, so I can't speak to that. I agree that the vanilla scent, coating, or whatever you call it, is completely unnecessary. However, I no longer notice it, so don't let that stop you. To be honest, if it meant my knees felt better, I'd take a pill that smelled like poop.

I was dissatisfied because I work in an emergency room and one of the doctors recommended this product. Consumer Reports gave it the highest rating; however, the outer plastic seal was missing but it was still in the bag when I received it. Would have kept it if the inner seal beneath the cap hadn't been completely torn off and was now inside the cap when it was opened. There was no way this could have been a mistake or mishandled. What happened to it is a mystery to me. Within minutes of receiving the package, I immediately notified the seller. I received an email about setting up a return the next day, but no response has been received three days later. I may change my rating if this issue is resolved quickly, but between the product and shipping, I paid a high price but was willing to do so because of the recommendation. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon, but until then, do not purchase this product.

My husband takes these on a daily basis. He's run out of them a couple of times and told me that when he doesn't take them, his arthritis pain is significantly worse. He is only in his fifties. He takes them, which says a lot because he's not the type of guy who believes in supplements.

That was a surprise. I needed a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement that didn't contain MSM. Kirkland is a brand I trust, so this seemed like a good option. I didn't expect it to be flavored because it wasn't mentioned in the description. It appears that vanilla flavoring is included in the ingredients photo. It's a bit nastier in my opinion. It's also pointless because it's swallowed rather than chewed. It is possible that your results will differ. In terms of the supplement itself, it appears to be adequate.

My most severe pain is in the area between my thumb and index finger of my right hand. forearm I forgot to bring it on a 10-day vacation and it'll wrap around the back of my hand. That was fine at the time, but the pain returned quickly. I'm in a lot of pain and I'm on two pills a day. To stay pain-free, take one pill per day. It has a much better impact on me now!.

This product is one of my favorites, and I use a fraction of the recommended dosage. This product has assisted me in remaining healthy, strong, and pain-free. I was struck by a car 30 years ago and was fortunate enough to discover this product 10 years later. I exercise on a regular basis and am constantly on my feet. This product has helped me to have less joint pain and swelling. It was the first thing I did after my second knee surgery. It was a significant improvement. Thank you very much.
