I'm back to my old self after five days of not taking this. I was doing the time release before this one without any problems, and I lost 20 pounds since December because I was so anxious and had heart palpitations that I didn't want to eat much. Instead, I strongly advise you to use the time release method. I hope this helps; it took me five months to figure out why I was feeling so bad. If you have sensitive acne-prone skin, avoid this brand and instead look for one that does not contain biotin. This contains a staggering amount of biotin. I was getting acne all over my face, chest, and shoulders after only taking half of a pill a day. Now that I'm on a different brand that doesn't contain biotin and doesn't contain any fake B-complex vitamins, I'm feeling much better.
