cellulose cap derived from vegetables: "Gelatin, which is derived from animal products, is found in the majority of capsules used for dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals. Plant products, such as cellulose, an insoluble fiber found in fruits and vegetables, are used to make vegetable capsules. This is an appealing option for vegetarians and others who prefer their capsules to be free of animal byproducts and preservatives. Check with the manufacturer about the contents of their vegetable cellulose capsules, as they can differ from one company to the next. Because MAGNESIUM SILICATE is toxic, I had to return this product. br>br>I wanted to like this product because of the high dose of B-complex vitamins. br>br>Dangerous Ingredient 4: Vitamins br>br> Yes, it is true. Talc or Magnesium Silicatebr> Many supplements contain the same powder that your grandmother used as deodorant as a cheap filler and anti-microbial. an anti-caking agent Nasty! br>br>Magnesium silicate has a similar chemical composition to asbestos and can cause lung problems if inhaled (bad news for miners). It is also frequently contaminated with asbestos during the mining process, which is suspected of causing health problems if consumed. For example, the Japanese prefer talc-treated rice because it is whiter, and this has been linked to Japan's high rate of stomach cancer. [11]br>br>Currently, the FDA does not consider talc to be food grade. Despite the fact that they were considering setting upper limits for asbestos fibers and adding it to the GRAS list as early as 1979[12], I couldn't find any upper limits. (It's worth noting that the FDA's website is a nightmare to navigate!) ) However, talc can still be found in some supplements. Yuck!.
This particular brand/formula was highly recommended to me by my primary care physician, and I can see why: It's far superior to any other B vitamin supplement I've tried. I've gone over everything again. I've bought it six times now, and I can tell a difference in my energy and concentration when I'm not using it. I'd even go so far as to say it's more effective than my morning coffee, and if I had to pick one, it'd be this supplement.
A naturopathic doctor had recommended this to me some time ago. It is very simple to use. It never makes me sick to my stomach, as it does for many others. I immediately noticed a boost in my mood and energy. If I forget about it and don't take it for 1-year, I'll be in big trouble. I've been thinking for the past two days, "Oh, it has to be the B," and it is. I would strongly suggest it.
My Naturopath doctor advised me to take Vital Nutrients B Complex as a supplement. br>As a result of Amazon Prime, the vendor was able to provide a quick turnaround. br>Each person must have faith in their doctor and laboratory in order to obtain a safe product.
In addition, the pills are quite large. While these pills may contain "more," your body can only process a certain amount of them. I'd rather have something that's a little more manageable.
I love that this is safe for my corn-allergic son! In my opinion, this is a huge plus. This is the B complex in its most basic form. To make up for what this one lacks, I add some additional B vitamins. I wish that all of the B complex sources were the best, but they aren't. Overall, this is a good product that I would recommend.
The right form of B12 is present in a good B Complex. It's also nice to have a bottle with more than 60 tablets.
I'm not a doctor, but I was advised to take this for my MTHFR gene mutations by a good friend who is studying to be a physician. She, too, has the mutations, and instead of DEPLIN, she's been taking these supplements. So I'm looking forward to seeing if this supplement helps with my constant fatigue, anxiety, and other issues!.
