Wanda, I'm the B-, and I'd like to introduce myself to you. A hundred capsules is a substantial amount of product - They are nearly 1" in length and have a fatty appearance. My husband used to choke when he ate them, but now he eats them whole. They don't bother me, but if you have trouble swallowing larger capsules, they may be too big for you. The "Actual Capsule Size" is indicated by a picture of a capsule on the bottom of the bottle.
The main B's have a dosage of 100 mg. Folic acid, on the other hand, is 400 micrograms. and Vit. 100mcg of Biotin and 12mcg of 12mcg of 12mcg of 12mcg of ,,,PABA is 10mg and choline is 40mg. I believe you can click on the bottle's side in the image,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

DO NOT BUY THIS SUPPLEMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF ANXIETY! It's not in the right place. B6 is necessary for energy production, but it can cause restlessness, irritability, and anxiety when levels are too high in comparison to the other Bs. This is something I had no idea about before. I only used this supplement for about a month and experienced sweaty palms, anxiety attacks, and irrational fear at random times. Fun! br>Seriously, this company is irresponsible in setting such high dosages. It's a pain that you have to do so much research these days to ensure you aren't poisoning yourself by taking too much of something. the- supplement to use in place of.
This B- was purchased by me. because it was listed as having 33% biotin while having high amounts of other vitamins I was looking for complex supplement specifically because it was listed as having high amounts of other (Biotin, while beneficial to hair growth in small doses, can result in hair loss in large doses. ) This has happened to me before with other multivitamins that contain a lot of biotin. ) The product I received had higher %DV than the %DV advertised on Amazon, including 333% biotin. While most people will be fine with this, some people may experience hair loss as a result.
I purchased this product in September 2018 but have only been using it for about 5 months. It had been 6 weeks. I needed to finish another brand first, and there was a slight odor when I first opened the bottle, which is to be expected with vitamin B. The odor and taste have gotten intolerable over the last few weeks. The stench is so foul and overpowering that it lingers long after I've closed the bottle. The expiration date is September 2020, according to my research. I pushed through until yesterday, but this can't be good for me. These b vitamins will no longer be taken by me. I take a few other NOW supplements, but I'll be switching to a different brand for my B vitamins.
My neuropathy symptoms became extremely severe as a result of this - flare up. Please be cautious. I have sensory neuropathy, and even a single dose of these vitamins can be toxic.
After three days, I became ill. Orange-colored abdominal cramps and extremely loose bowel movements After I stopped taking it, it went away in about 24 hours.

There is a 12-point disadvantage. I ordered these, received them the next day, and was back to my normal routine the next day. Mobility and energy levels during retirement are two factors to consider. I can even get out of a chair without making a sound. br>br>It's almost life-saving; I still need to work on my diet, but I've reclaimed my life in the meantime.
My skin isn't bad, but it's never been this bad before, not even as a teenager. My acne has been flaring up like crazy since I started taking this a few days ago. It hurts so much that I'm considering calling in sick until it heals. B12 and B6 have been linked to acne in some people, according to my research. I can't do anything but wait for it to heal, but I can at least help others. If you have acne-prone skin, STAY AWAY unless you are truly deficient in B vitamins. Please wish me luck for the next week or two.
I was diagnosed with neuropathy as a result of the medication. While NOW is fantastic, this formulation is hazardous. Be careful who you buy from.
