One of the Most Effective MTHFR Formulas - Here are a few more pointers: As of December 5, 2020, the following information has been updated: br>br>For the past ten years, I've been aware that I carry the MTHFR gene mutation
5/5

Even after being diagnosed, I continued to use a couple of other B-type medications. complexes that I had assumed were o. I didn't realize the B6 wasn't methylated because of my condition. It turns out that B6 must be taken in the form of Pyridoxal 5-phosphate. Phosphate, rather than Pyroxidine, is more bioavailable to people with MTHFR who don't methylate properly. That was something I didn't realize until about three years ago. That part was not explained by the doctor with whom I tested. br>br>After this discovery, I looked into different B-complex vitamins. I chose this one out of a slew of complicated formulas. I was also hoping for a B-. Because my blood already tested high for B12, I needed a complex that contained methylated folic acid and did not contain a super high dose of methylcobalamin (B12). This formula was a perfect match for the situation. br>br>Here are a few more pointers: br>br>1) Each capsule contains only 400mcg of methylated folic acid. I would recommend taking additional methyl-cobalamin supplements if you only take one capsule per day. If you don't methylate your folate, it won't work. However, if at all possible, please consult with your chosen physician first. br>br>2) If you take B6 in its methylated form, Pyridoxal 5-Methyltransferase (Pyridoxal 5-Methyltransferase or Pyridoxal 5-Me Phosphate (a. k. a. phosphate) is a mineral that is found In order for the P5P pathway to function properly, you must also take magnesium. You may feel tired and have less energy if you don't have enough magnesium to work with. This is probably not what you want. 3) B6 - B6 - B6 - B6 - B6 - B6 – B6 – B6 – B as well as some co-workers Magnesium, zinc, and vitamin-E are just a few examples of such factors. C, along with folate, is required for the production of neurotransmitters such as GABA and norepinephrine, as well as the conversion of tryptophan or 5-hydroxytryptophan. Serotonin is formed when HTP is converted. As a result, you might want to think about enrolling in some of these extra co-curricular activities. factors to help you get the most out of this product (only folate is included; the rest must be purchased separately). Also, keep in mind: Tyrosine is also needed for dopamine synthesis, but I have yet to try it. br>br>I believe I've had low neurotransmitter production and a messed-up nervous system as a result of a 12-year illness. year's worth of high-stress work and the sky-high stress levels that resulted high cortisol levels (Thank goodness I'm no longer working there! Slowly, but steadily, things are improving. It takes time, and reducing your sugar intake is also beneficial. br>br>4) Because B6 and zinc are both required for the production of pancreatic enzymes and hydrochloric acid, this supplement may be beneficial if you have low stomach acid or poor digestion. (Zinc is not included in this formula, but you may want to add it if you want to boost your digestive enzyme production. )br>br>In conclusion, this formula really helps with all of the above, and it might help you as well. Douglas Labs also produces a similar formula, though the ingredients are slightly different. Best of luck to you. br>br>Since 2017, here's a new update: In the year 2017, In 2018, I began taking Thorne Basic B once a day, along with an additional 50mg - P5P at a dose of 100mg. I'm not perfect, so sometimes I'd forget to do both: I eventually became more disciplined and began to take the Basic B twice daily. That seemed to suit my needs better. Overall, I believe the combination has aided in the relaxation of my nervous system. In 2017 and 2018, I even underwent some major surgeries and medical procedures (both of which were extremely stressful), and in the past, I would be a nervous wreck all of the time and unable to relax. However, I no longer experience the uncontrollable anxiety that I used to, though I do still experience depressive episodes on occasion. Magnesium powder or capsules have also helped me relax (at bedtime), and I've used Skullcap, Ashwagandha, and/or Passionflower to help me relax even more when necessary. br>br>Since 2018, I've also experimented with other methylated B-complex vitamins. MethylPro, Douglas Labs, Pure Encapsulations, Nordic Naturals, and Metabolic Maintenance are just a few of the complex formulas available. purely for the purpose of experimentation However, I keep coming back to this one because it appears to be the most effective for my physiology. This, along with the P5P, has been a lifesaver for me.

For me, it's a case of allergic reaction! My face and, eventually, my entire body became flushed and hot, and I broke out in hives 10 minutes after taking it. Benedryl took care of it, and I tried again, thinking it might have been something else, but the same thing happened. For me, no way!.

Niacin overdose can cause an allergic reaction
3/5

Niacin is in abundance in this product. This product caused a severe allergic reaction despite reading the labels carefully before purchasing and following the instructions. br>br>This is caused by the amount of niacin in the supplement (which is absurdly high). I would not recommend it and would advise anyone buying it to read all of the labels first.

I love the yeast, and I use it to make a hot chicken broth
5/5

This is a very high-quality product. This is a high-quality brand, and their Basic B Complex is fantastic - It's something I've used for quite some time. But, because Nutritional Yeast is packed with nutrients, I've recently switched to it. full of B Complex (I even got a slight niacin flush from it), because I discovered that Nutritional Yeast used to be the go-to source of B Complex. Before vitamins became the be-all and end-all that they have become in the last couple/few decades, I used to B supplement. I love the yeast, and I usually start my day with a cup of it mixed into hot chicken broth. (I try to keep the number of pills I take each day to a bare minimum - Swallowing so many pills becomes tedious after a while, don't you think? But, returning to B-, If you prefer to take your vitamins in pill form, you can do so. This is the one I'd recommend in its most basic form. By a long shot.

All night long, I was awake
3/5

If you're allergic to B vitamins, be aware that this product contains roughly 7000% of your daily B1 thiamine requirement in one capsule. I started having trouble sleeping after only a few days, and after four days, I was literally unable to sleep at all. The nervous system is stimulated by thiamine and other B vitamins. So, while I felt more alert and focused throughout the day and had more sustained energy, the energy didn't go away when it was time to sleep. Now I have to open the capsules and take only a teeny-tiny pinch of product to get the exact amount my body requires. Not everyone is created equal, and these pills are simply too powerful for me.

They irritate my eyes and cause me to sneeze. This is a fungus. I sneeze and my nose runs when I'm around them. Please refund because I'm going to throw them away unless you want them back.

My joints were in excruciating pain as a result of this
3/5

My joints were in excruciating pain as a result of this. I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. What was causing my knees to hurt so badly? I’m 34. After a week, I reflected on what I had done differently. I didn't think the one new supplement I started could be the problem, but after taking it off for two days, my knees felt great again. I tried it one more time just to make sure, but my knees kicked up, so I came back and decided not to do it again.

This is the correct B complex for you to use
5/5

After 18 months of using another brand, I learned about the issues with pyridoxine, which means you're not getting any B6. Look at the image. This is the only B- grade I've ever received. I've discovered a complex with the correct B-form. There are six in total, with none of them being in the incorrect format.
